great looking

This faucet is tall and elegant. Sensor works well and I like the idea of having a by-pass should it stop working. The pull-down hose is very convenient. Love it!

Cool handless operation but you need electrical under your sink.

Nice but with a design flaw

I have a sensor faucet at home (a different brand) and bought the Pfister Stellen for my mom. It’s a nice looking faucet and works well but I give it 3 stars because on mine, you can use the sensor OR just open the faucet handle to get water. On the Pfister Stellen, you get one or the other. If you choose sensor mode, the handle will not turn the water on and off. Or you can shut off the sensor mode and the handle will work. The reason this is inconvenient is that when friends come over who don’t have sensor faucets and aren’t use to waving their hands to turn it on and off, they automatically use the handle. This faucet does nothing when you open and close the handle if it is in sensor mode so they get confused. It should be able to work by sensor OR the handle and it doesn’t, you have to pick one.

Not a good faucet

The faucet didn't last 2 years before I replaced it. The handle started messing up when I tried turning the hot water up. It may have started doing this sooner than 2 years because for a while we thought something was wrong with on pressure until I changed the faucet. Not worth over $200

Faucet

This item came in intact. I won’t know how good it is until it gets installed. Both sinks were heavily damaged so, I’m looking for a replacement.

Love my new touchless kitchen faucet. The looks of a contemporary design suits my white quarts island countertop.

DISAPPOINTED

I bought the touchless faucet, however after two years the hose broke down, I couldn't find a replacement for it, I paid 279 dlls, so expensive. I'm disappointed

Great non-tox modern looking faucet

Works great, overall! I just wish the sensor was on the side instead of upfront where it turn on & off unintentionally.

Spray mode buttons poorly made

We bought this in 2019 and have generally liked it. We quickly got used to using it hands-free. We purchased the part so we could plug it in instead of burning through batteries. But from the beginning, the buttons to switch between spray modes seemed weak. They never worked 100% of the time. It wasn't a major problem until this past year. Now, we have to manually pry up the buttons to get it to go from spray to regular stream. I'm hopeful the warranty claim will go through, but I'm doubtful the button design has been re-done considering they still sell the exact same model 4 years later here. If it weren't so darn expensive, I'd replace it with a different one. I even recall at the time of purchase reading a few negative reviews about the buttons. I had hope it was user error but indeed, they do seem poorly made.
