The picture does not do this rug justice! It is even better than anticipated! It is perfect if you are looking for something neutral. It has been perfect for my high traffic living room.

Pros the rug is very soft!

Love this rug. The colors are beautiful. I was looking for something with beige and grays for my living room and this rug blends nicely. I would definitely buy again.

Still not here! Twice they

Still not here! Twice they have scheduled delivery and then said they don’t deliver. About ready to ask for a refund.

Beautiful, soft carpet! The colours are showing more on the "cooler" side with shades of blue showing in my lighting. There isn't a lot of "beige" in the carpet, more of a taupe shade.

The pile is a little

The pile is a little higher than i thought but it’s beautiful and very comfy underfoot. My husband loves it also.

You cannot go wrong with an Amber Lewis x Loloi rug and this one did not disappoint either. We got it in round for a unique size space and it's a nice neutral on the floor in a way. There's not real pattern to it which is kind of great since my dog lays on this rug a lot. Very very soft, we did use a low pile rug pad underneath since it is quite thin.

Disappointed

Very disappointed with the return policy! If you are solely an online company selling rugs, you should have a 30 day free return! People have no idea how the colors are going to work in a room and to charge 100.00 for a return is absurd and frankly can't believe you're still in business with that kind of marketing strategy.

It’s beautiful

The carpet is beautiful, and affordable however, we’ve had this carpet for less than a year, and it’s already worn directly in front of the couch. Of course this area takes the worst beating from standing and sitting all the time, but I expected it to last a little longer than a year. Not sure if you can see how warm it is in the picture, but it goes out about 12 inches. I would recommend spending a little more on something that last longer. 

Very soft, dog-nail-proof, seems great!

This is my first non-braided rug, so take that for what it’s worth. I like it. Seems like it’ll be easy to clean. Corners and fringed (shorter) edges needed rug tape. Colors are fine (green is a tad more baby-pukey than I was expecting. It’s been down about a week and still isn’t laying perfectly flat throughout…it’s stretched all the way, so maybe just needs to keep settling. My dog likes to nest, and it seems like this rug is going to hold up well (no loops for his claws to catch. Here’s the biggest thing - I wear slippers in the house, but my husband cannot stop RAVING about how soft it is. We don’t even have a very plush rug pad or anything. He loves it.

Didn't work for me

The rug is OK, but the pile is thicker than I expected and the door won't open over it. It is too expensive to pay my own shipping for a return, so I'm stuck with it. Won't order from Rugs Direct again.

Beautiful and cozy

This rug is plush and cozy. I am definitely happy I purchased the premium pad to add additional cushioning and to help it stay put in my bedroom. The colors are grey and cream with blues that can lean into sky blue and steel/grey blue depending on the time of day. I wish it had less yellow, but it’s very dimensional and pretty.

I was a bit nervous when I ordered this rug bc I thought it’d be too dark. However, it looks perfect in my living room. I returned it plan to order a bigger size (I initially purchased the 5x7).

Rug appears just as it did in the product photos! I am a big fan of blues and grays so this combination was exactly what I was looking for. For a large area rug, I appreciated the light weight as it made it quite easy to move around the house and place as desired in the room.

Perfectly plush and abstract pattern hides most dirt and food from our golden retriever puppy until I can get the strength to vacuum it up. Exactly what I was looking for

I purchased the 8x10 size for my indoor "florida" room. The rug is easy to vacuum and clean. There are many colors in the rug that blend together nicely. The pile is just the right amount for my room. I would highly recommend.
