Not 12mil thick

The pictures and title make this sound a lot better than it is in person. It is only 2mil thick, not 12mil stated in the description. Basically it is just a vinyl sticker that will need to be glued onto another solid surface. The tiles also don't lock together so the seam will not be water tight like other vinyl tiles. It also does not look like real stone in person. It was pretty quickly returned.

Fragile tongues and grooves

Quality is not great and had a difficult time installing them as the directions told us to (had to search the internet for instructions because nothing came in the boxes). The tongues and grooves are not sturdy and get damaged easily. We had quite a few broken in the boxes. I ordered 10% more but that wasn't enough to account for the breakage. The subfloor has to be absolutely, perfectly level and without defects. We ended up paying more money to replace subfloor sheeting due to this. Tried sending message to Ivy Hill, no response.

The floor was sturdy, easy to cut with jigsaw, and easy to put together. Looks great!

Installed myself over OSB using pressure-sensitive adhesive. Easy project.
