This Product is so unique. I use Amazon Music App and the bluetooth response is flawless!! Really good Bass. The CD Playback and the Lightshow Awesome

Boombox issues.

The delivery was very fast. Unfortunatley, the first day I used the item, the bluetooth cut out while listening to a radio app and the volume, especially the subwoofer was cut by half. The next day the unit died altogether. I'm dealing with Spectra Internatiinal right now.

Great for a couple uses, but not reliable…

Worked great for the first couple of months- we used it nightly to play lullaby CDs so our toddler would stay in their bed- but then the player stopped reading disks. I’m not sure if a warranty covers a “No Disc” error (no return after 30-days), since I called QVC and all they could recommend was searching Google. Absolute shame for the price.

Stopped working

I purchased this item back in November 2023 for a Christmas gift for my husband. Sadly he passed away the day after Christmas and it was still in the box and considered returning it but thought I could use it in my craft room. The sound and lights were great. Moving forward to April 2024 and it stopped working, would not power up. Too late to return to QVC so I contacted the manufacturer and was told it had a 1 year warranty and would send me another radio when I returned mine. I am doing that today. Nothing was said about reimbursing me for the shipping but throwing it in the trash was not an option for what I paid for it. Hope this information will help others who had the same complaint.

Nice Retro Boom Box.

Disappointed in CD player, but i bought this retro-looking item to use in our 1976 GMC Motor Home. The lid for the CD player will not stay closed, so i cant play CDs. The radio and lights work fine. Im hoping hubby can find a way to make the CD player work as i thik its too late to return it.

no good

My wife bought this thing for me for Christmas. It worked fine for about six weeks and then died. It won't even turn on.I've tried everything but won't work.

Had to return.

Unfortunately I had to return it. It was disappointing as it was a Christmas gift that didn't arrive by Christmas and when did arrive didn't work. Would not power up! Battery? I tried many different plugs and things to get it on but to no avail. Too bad......

Best gift!

Bought this for my 10-year-old grandson for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. The lighting is incredible and so fun. Sounds great, charges up fast and lasts for a long time. He carries this thing everywhere he goes. Reminds of my younger days!!

it said am came with it . Not so false advertising to me.

Piece of junk doesn’t work

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend’s 13 year old daughter. She loved it. Unfortunately it stopped working after 5 days. No power no charge nothing. Just an overpriced piece of junk. The worst part was watching her cry when it stopped working. I sent it back and am waiting for a full refund. After reading other reviews it seems like there is an issue with this particular model.

Lights are annoying

DO NOT BUY. NOT WORKING AFTER FIRST DAY

Worked the first day beautifully and then the volume could not be turned up. Went to website and I saw others had the same problem. Unfortunately, I threw out the box and feel stuck with this piece of junk.

Speaker sound bad even at low volume.

Between Walmart.com %26 Amazon I read a number of reviews that had concerns about the quality of the speakers. This is a nice looking boombox though and I wanted to give it a try.

Terrible product

I bought this as a gift and gave it to the individual several months later. Because of this, my 30 day return window has expired. The person only used it 2 times in the first week I gave them the product and now it won’t work at all. It shows it has power, but nothing works. The kicker is QVC won’t back this product and I spent all that money on a product that didn’t last 2 weeks. Very disappointed in the overall experience. Buyer beware!!

2 Month lifespan

After 2 months of occasional use, the device no longer holds a charge and is no longer eligible for return or replacement. It looks and sounds great but the quality is lacking and for the price that is extremely disappointing

I purchased this and the lower priced one for my teenage boys for Christmas . It was a surprise gift and they love them. Absolutely love them

Studebacher

I bought the Studebacher cd AM. FM Boombox for my Step father for Christmas and the speakers blew so I had to send it back and get a new one Hopefully the new one will work better

Wonderful If You Love Music!

Sound quality is top notch and this is a wonderful product. I got the one before Christmas for 169.00 and now I am getting one for me at 200+ that should tell you how much I like this equipment ! It was a big hit with my son also!
