Quality Track Head light! Dimmable and provides a white-warm white light for me in my den/office.
One arrived broken and has taken weeks to replace
Surprised that when I use the chat function to ask a about a product that the person on the other end of chat always has to defer to during working hours to ask others - even though product info is supposed to be one of the functions of chat. Also, returns and solution take forever when lighting NY has to play intermediary with manufactures. I've been waiting 10 days for resolution on a broken piece that I should have been able to return immediately. Good condition. easily adjusted Challenging to install, broken part
High quality replacement head for Lightolier
These LED track heads greatly improved the light quality relative to our old Lightolier heads and will be far more energy efficient to boot. Haven't had them for very long, but so far, no cons.

Solid Performer
My first out-of-box impression of the WAC L-track was very high. The unit appears to be of solid billet aluminum and is very hefty. The reversible flood/focus beam feature is clever allowing one head to beam a narrow cone of light onto an object d'art without revealing where it emanates from. It dims down nicely with my LED dimmer with no perceptible flicker. My only (very small dissatisfaction) is the color temperature of the leds. The head has a slightly fluorescent hue to its color but not bad.

Love the track heads, missing the lens that where suppose to come with the universal model. Bought this model for the versatility of be able to move the lens and have FLOOD LIGHT or SPOT LIGHT, But the LENS didn't come. Bummer. : ( small profile , easy to install
