Not made for outdoor

Lasted two years, roof warped allowed water in and damaged electrical. Now I have a $3k pool cushion holder. I received partial refund bc still under warranty. Sunray sauna company sent replacement equipment but did not work again.

Advertised as constructed of Canadian Hemlock wood. Frame, interior and trim, perhaps yes; exterior walls, no. External walls of some kind of plastic composite. Roofing tacked-on; doubtful that it would withstand a 30 knot wind. Advertised for exterior use, but instructions state interior use.

Installation review

Long story short. Directions have no detailed pics or instructions. The pre installed hardware was upside down making it impossible to attach the m/f wall attachments. After hours of frustration we figured out to flip the hardware. Went much faster after that. It really needs 3 strong people to install. Roof panels are heavy. Unimpressed with the instructions and lack of detail. If there was pics of panels with hardware it would have been obvious the hardware was upside down.

False Advertising

I ordered this on June 02 and was expecting it to be "in stock and ready to ship" as advertised. It is now August 11th and I have not received it. There has been no proactive communication or explanation for the delays, only "It's out of stock but we will keep you posted" responses to my inquiries.

I set up this infrared sauna by myself, despite the recommendation for two people, and it only took me about an hour. The packaging was incredibly secure, alleviating any concerns about shipping damage. However, it does take some time to heat up, about 20 minutes to reach 118 degrees, and after 45 minutes, it only reached 135 degrees, despite the maximum setting indicating 151 degrees. To achieve maximum temperatures throughout the entire sweat, preheating is necessary. On the plus side, the Bluetooth function works amazingly well!
