Junk came in broken
Hose reel
We had one that lasted for years. So after years of wear and tear we bought another one because we liked the first one.

Junk broke second day had to take it back
So far so good . I must say description of 100’ foot hose and 5/8” diameter maximum capability holds is certainly true ! Mounted it on wall and works just so far .
Great reel-light weight
Great item for the shorter hoses.
Not Durable
The adapter to the contraption isn't very strong and snapped the 2nd time using it while rolling the hose up.

Suncast hose handler it is very practical
If you really don’t need much!
Very flimsy, and supposed to hold a 100ft of hose. Really don’t know if it’s going to holdup. Already having to treat it like it’s already broke . Doesn’t reel back in unassisted. I mean you have to keep a load off it or it feels like it’s coming apart. Not Worth the price in my opinion.

The piece that attaches the hose to the reel completely melted in 90° temperatures within 3 weeks of purchasing

Like it a lot...feels sturdy and durable.
Terrible quality
Broke almost immediately. Got a replacement, broke immediately. The weak point is the connection between the center channel and the hose. Any level of elevated water pressure will pop the connection out.
Its dont worth the price it very light easy to break
Piece of Junk
This hose reel is a complete failure of a product. The retaining clip is not effective. The tube pops out. The unit does not take rubber hoses, only vinyl, which is stated nowhere on the Lowe's Packaging.
Stay away with your hose
Clumsy and feeble piece of plastic
You pay for what you get.
Product is very flimsy and connections are not strong.
