The hose reel works very well. It was easy to hook up and wind up. The guide keeps the hose winding neatly. My only complaint is that there is no way to anchor the reel to a hard surface, so it shifts while you are winding unless you keep the other hand pressed firmly on the edge of the reel. It comes with metal anchor stakes which you can stick in the ground, but my reel sits in my driveway and has to sit there due to the location of my outside faucet.

We had to return it the next day as it was broken and although it was the last one in stock, we wouldn't have purchased another one. Quality was poor.

Broken wheel

they look good and the hose rolls up nice and out

i have bought 4 of these for my clients and all like them.

it arrived and the flimsy wheels were broken...so I had to return it ...a total disappointment and wase of time and effort!

I've had this hose reel for about two weeks now. The fact that it has wheels and an extendable handle make it very handy. The hand crank and rewind guide offer very smooth operation and ease of use. I liked the fact that they gave you metal anchoring stakes to secure it to unpaved ground. About the only thing that I might consider an issue is the height, a few inches taller would've been nice. All in all I am very happy with this purchase.

Hose Reel/Hideaway

The device seems to work satisfactorily, unlike the one it replaced. The only additional suggestion I would have is to provide wheels that lock; otherwise, it's necessary to "chock" the wheels so the unit does not pull away from the wall (ours sits on concrete).

Poor quality

Quality for the cost is poor. Plastic wheels. Not impressed. Better quality alternates for less money. Had to return this item.

Fittings broke off after 6 months

I liked the unit, says it has a 5 year warranty, however Home Depot doesn't keep records. And I'm not going to keep a receipt for a hose reel.

Garden hose holder

Great item for our house and i dont hsve to have a hanger on my new fence.

Works okay

Works okay. Says it will hold 150 ft of hose, but I can barely get 100 ft on it and then you are struggling to roll it up.

Perfect for a Tidy Yard

I love that I can stow away the hose in a convenient place and keep everything neat and tidy,
