This is a very solid reel. It was easy to assemble and I believe it will last for years.

Made from very lite tubular steal and requires a lot of zipties and about 5 feet of hose to get good pressure and no leaks due to the hose connection location and facing direction. The frame has not bent, but does not handle the 200+ feet of hose it is capable of without ground anchors and the hose guide does not slide smoothly and seizes up regularly.

This hose reel works great by the water spicket for watering the dogs and cattle. Only down side is low to the ground for a taller guy makes it a little rougher

Overall, solid hose cart. Only thing I did not like about it is the plastic/nylon washers that were supplied. For the cost of the hose cart I wish Suncast would have included metal stainless steel washers.

Horrible

Quality and customer service is horrible. Built the hose reel and the first day using it the handle snapped off. Contacted store to replace the handle. The only thing "they could do" was have me dismantle the entire thing find a box big enough for it to fit and return it. Needless to say im not going through that headache. Now i have a useless $170 hose reel. Do not buy this junk

Didn't last a year

Just used at home. Stored in garage during the winter. Center hub just broke (axle). Called manufacturer they stated no individual parts available for this model. I really liked this hose cart. Wish it would have lasted longer for the price paid.

Well built Hose Reel that appears to actually be commercial grade. Holds 200 ft of good hose, as stated and was simple to assemble and works as expected.

poor quality control/ don't buy it

It is a fairly simple but time consuming assembly. multiple bolts were stripped. I replaced them with my own hardware. After completing assembly I realized the two plastic feet behind the wheels were broken. Product is still usable, but when I contacted Suncast "customer service" they were uninterested in sending replacement feet or taking any responsibility.

Great Garden Hose Reel

Product is well constructed, easy to assemble and well not rust easily. Bought one and it has worked so well that I bought a second. Cost more, but is worth every penny. You will not regret this purchase if you are looking for a quality hose reel.

The handle literally broke the first time this was used. Don’t waste your money on this cheaply made piece of junk.
