Very positive experience ordering from Wayfair. They stayed in touch throughout the order and delivery process. I had ordered the Gazebo from another place and it came damaged and packaging all torn apart. My gazebo arrived from Wayfair all intact and nothing missing. Will order from them again.

Love it. It was so easy to put up.

Once you have a good level foundation, putting the gazebo together is easy and the instructions are very clear. I also found one YouTube video of the build, which helped visualize everything and made it even easier. There were only a couple hiccups — a couple of the screws had messed up tips and would not go into the wood. We found the same type of screw at a hardware store. And the biggest issue was that one of the metal parts was not drilled all the way, they forgot one hole on one side. We did our best to drill through the metal but ultimately left it without one bolt. I think it will be fine. It’s not the sturdiest gazebo ever (the wood is very light), but it works perfectly in our space. Put together over two days, two people. We did need a couple extra people in the very beginning to help hold the initial poles in place while we connected and secured them.

In the process of assembling it. We actually love it and would buy it again.

We love this gazebo so much! Two of us put this together over two days. It was challenging but not terrible, a third person might have made this a one day job. It looks fabulous and materials seem good quality for the price. Highly recommend having a concrete slab for this, as I think trying to build this on grass/dirt would be very difficult.

Pleased with quality of product. Assembly instructions were good & we're glad they sent some extra screws & etc.! Appreciated it & needed a few! Had two pieces bent waiting to hear if they'll stand be hind it & ship us out two new pieces?

We initially ordered this gazebo on sale. Within a day we were told the sale was cancelled because they ran out of stock. A day later I saw it in their inventory for sale, but not at the reduced sale price I had purchased it for two days earlier. I called and was told It was no longer on sale and I would have to pay full price. I didn't feel this was fair so she offered me a discount. Because we wanted this gazebo and had lined up help to put it together, I purchased it. It arrived with only one of two boxes. Another gazebo had to be ordered which took more time. We finally received it. Everything was in good condition. We now have it up in our yard and love it. It is well constructed and looks exactly like the picture.

Nice looking Gazebo. Was able to put up by myself except for about an hour of my wife helping me by holding the posts. Took me about 10 hours total over the course of three days. Had a storm go through last night and it did not leak and held up well. Nice size. Installed a wall on one side for a TV.

Great product

Went together fairly easily and looks GREAT! Only concern was cracks in some of the wood parts which leads me to think that it was not properly dried.

Overall good quality. The roof panels were bent in some places but pretty good for the most part. Cuts down the heat about 10 to 15 degrees which is amazing!

Great addition to our yard for shade as we lost our shade tree. Love it.

Amazing gazebo

We purchased this gazebo from the oshawa rona with the help from Sue in the seasonal department and it's a fantastic purchase would do it again in a heart beat we absolutely love it
