okay design, requires some sweat to assemble, would prefer full canvas side panels that could be interchanged rather than slide design

This has been a very sturdy pergola and remains perfect in all sorts of weather.

Very pleased and have been enjoying it for over a year now.

Water sits on top so my husband had to rebuild and stretch canvas. Wayfair wouldn’t return. Do not buy

Dont waste your money

Order arrived without issue, when unboxing I noticed the powder coating was chipped in numerous places. Started putting it together and realized that 3 of the main frame parts were wrong/had bolt holes drilled in the wrong spot. Contacted the manufacturer who verified parts/order date & shipped me the corrected pieces. By this time the rest of the frame was already rusting in multiple spots. At this point this might last half a summer. Dont buy it. Save your money. Complete disappointment.

Parts welded to other parts separated and I've spent weeks trying to get the correct replacement parts so we can assemble this before the snow flies!

Beautiful Pergola

This is an absolutely beautiful pergola and went together very well. A few of the screws weren’t working properly, however, they include extras so this was not an issue. Be very careful when you unpack this as there are some plastic pieces, and some of ours were broken, you’re going to want to make sure you set everything down gently and check over it before assembling to make sure that yours arrive all in one piece! I am pretty sure that the damage was done in transit and I could have asked for new pieces, but we were anxious to get it assembled. We were still able to assemble the product and turn the broken pieces up toward the top so they couldn’t be seen . We absolutely love the adjustable shade! This was easy to put together and at one point did take three people.

Love it but keep in mind the measurement goes tip to tip or wing to wing at the corners. I guess my only complaint is the cover needs to be wider. Does not cover completely from side to side.

It was good but i expected the tarp to be stronger

We had no trouble putting it together. Very disappointed in the cover. It is not water proof, and before the 1 inch rain this morning, it was okay, water resistant. I had hoped for the top, the material had been thicker and less floppy and loud when the wind picks up, it did stay on the framing when the wind was up to 45mph. It also takes time to move the covering back and forth and do not like the pins that hold the covering on one side. It is an okay pergola but I wouldn't buy this one again.

Arrived on time and as expected. All parts were there, assembly instructions could be better. However, with carefully laying out parts before assembly my husband and adult son were able to assemble to the point of completing the upright position. At that point 2-3 other adult men came to help & lend a hand holding the posts in position, etc. We’ve had it a few weeks & seems to provide the shade & cozy conversational space we were after.

Great item for sun drenched open porches.

The pergola is very heavy in the box; be sure to have someone present to help you lift it. The instructions recommend having 4 people for assembly, we had 2 adults and a small teen and it took us about 2 hours. Once assembled, the pergola looks just like the photos! We love being able to use our back deck without being blinded by the sun. The support brackets have plastic end pieces that are purely for decoration, one of them came broken away from the metal and another plastic cap on the rail that guides the movement of the overhead cover was missing. Did not effect assembly and only the people who put it together would know anything was missing. It would be nicer if there were no plastic pieces at all though. Overall, very happy with our purchase.

Product was easy to assemble, and it is sturdy and well built. It provides great shade on our deck. Would recommend it to anyone!

The canopy quality is lacking. No very durable at all.

I ordered this twice from TSC and both shipments were not the size on the website and cheaper materials.

Tarp not of great wuality

The final size is OK but smaller than the documentation stated. Not by a lot but an inch or so in each direction. Got this as a filler until we have time to build something permanent. Hope it lasts, but I don’t have much confidence in that. The part that holds the canopy in one position is already not really holding if there is a slight breeze.

Will not order online from Tractor Supply again

I was super excited about this pergola. The item never arrived to my home address, it was returned to the sender half-way to my city without any explanation from Tractor Supply. No notifications or reasons given. It took 5 days to get a response from Tractor Supply. A Paypal claim was filled and the money was returned. Very disappointed.
