Disappointed
The item is not made for people of average height. I’m 5’6 and it’s way too short for me. It’s also very unstable. Where the handles are make no sense just very disappointed in this purchase. Should’ve kept the box so I could return.
Inefficient Design and Add-ons required
The gap between the legs balancer and the main frame leaves much to be desired. Either a bigger foam support is provided and included as an alternate option in the package for the feet unit, or the support frame is shortened.
Good
It feels sturdy and good quality. No complaints.
Good product. Good value.
Straightforward assembly instructions, and all the parts were included. Solid construction. Works like the Roman chairs in the gym. Highly recommend.
I still recommend this equipment. Be safe.
I decidedly rate this equipment with 4 stars. Upon unboxing the instructions are 5 steps to completion. However I needed no less than my bench vise, and two closed end 17mm wrenches to complete the job. The provided wrenches are "Child's Play". In use your feet have to be planted on the floor stand or it will tip over and cause injury! Beware.
Bad
No instructions literally just had to figure it out as you went which sometimes is fine but which as many parts as it had, it was really hard tried to get it as best we could and it’s unstable.
Delivers as advertised
Most excellent Roman chair for improving lower back and oblique fitness. Highly recommended.
Great cust. service. Excellent quality.
Great cust. service. Excellent quality. Easy to build. Works as shown
Works great. It is compact and not too heavy. The adjustable feature is good for about up to a 6 foot person. the cushioning is just right. I would highly recommend this item.

Works great. It is compact and not too heavy. The adjustable feature is good for about up to a 6 foot person. the cushioning is just right. I would highly recommend this item.
Reasonably well made, a bit
Reasonably well made, a bit awkward to use when compared to professional grade equipment. Easily folds and stores out of the way which is a plus. It is a competent piece of equipment for the price.
Happy With Purchase
Pretty good machine- Not Gym Quality But what Are You Expecting for The Price? Better Than i Expected for Sure
great product
Easy to assemble. Not large and doesn't take up too much space. Works as advertised. Stable and will not tip over while using. Great value, would definitely recommend.
Perfect. I am 5'3". I sit at work all day so need to do back hyperextensions more often than I can get to gym. Bench is perfect and good for price, very nice quality. I also bought tribe resistance bands and Brinx heel straps so that I can do hamstring Glute kickbacks using the front of the bench with the door stopper that came with the bands and they work great!! (The weights in the picture are for holding, they are not necessary to steady the bench as it is very sturdy.)
I'm very happy with this purchase. I'm only 5'2 and worried It wouldn't go low enough for me m, but it does. I have it set to second to lowest notch. Its really nice, came fast, and my bf had it put together in less than a half hour. Yay!!
Not for men
It's a great chair, easy to set up, and the price is right. But, it needs a modification (two cushions with a space in the middle rather than just one cushion) to be comfortably used by men. Or maybe they could sell some extra padding?
Don't waste your money
This chair is so low to the ground ( I am 5'7") my head hits the floor. The angle is entirely wrong, and IF I try to tuck my feet so as not to fall off (and it is not easy to do because there are only 2 settings for it) it digs into my abdomen. No adjustment for height....Very uncomfortable. Don't waste your money.
Best priced Roman chair
The assembly took time and strength but was straightforward. Lightweight, foldable and easy to move around. Can be “adapted” for reverse hyperextention with extra pillow. Still You get what you pay for. The pad is quite firm, guys beware. May not be suitable for shorter users. Definitely not a gym level equipment but works just fine for average home gym
Excellent!!!
Better than I expected! It's a fantastic piece of equipment and has decent padding. It has been stable enough for me and I am 5'5 weighing 130lbs!
Worth the price
Great addition to my home gym. It's not bulky and easy to move around. I'm 5'3 and 120lbs and have no problems using this. Highly recommend.
