Sometimes an OK Light

I love the red light. It really helps with my sleep. I also like that it's light-weight. But everything else about this is poorly executed. The white noise is the only sound option and has an weird beeping sound that plays under it as well as a noticeable loop. It only has three volume settings and the quietest is still way too loud. The plug is always loose in the machine and consistently loses connection. Because it has no battery backup, this means both the sound and light randomly shut off. These are common complaints from other reviews. I will be finding a different product.

DO NOT BUY....

This sound machine is horrible. It has ruined so many naps. It's cheaply made. The plug comes loose whenever moved causing it to shut off. The timer settings are sporadic causing it to shut off in the middle of the night. Absolutely the most frustrating device

PARENTS BEWARE

Genuinely the worst sound machine I’ve ever used. One of the settings doesn’t work, the other one shuts off when the sun rises in the morning. Returned after one night. Absolutely terrible

It’s okay…

Gave two stars because it was cheap and worked. Didn’t get five stars because it worked for three months, then the sound stopped working. Also, it’s pretty quiet for a noise machine. Okay for the price, but I wouldn’t reccomend if you can spend more money on a different one

Broken already

Bought this less then a month ago, used and was loving it. Went to turn it on for nap time and won’t play any sound. I’ve unplugged and plugged back in and still nothing. Light works but that’s it.

Upsetting

I really liked it at first, It’s simple to work but after only having it for FIVE DAYS the white noise doesn’t come on anymore. I’ve unplugged it left it off in hopes it just needed to be reset still nothing so that’s super upsetting would not recommend

Good ideas, less than great execution

I didn’t realize when I bought this sound machine that it only has 1 sound choice, and 3 levels for that sound. The quietest level is still too loud for what I wanted.

It's got a low mode but it doesn't work on the one I bought so it is wicked loud.

Enthusiastic then disappointed

Bought this for my son, was really pleased at first! The sound was steady and loud enough to drown out other noises in the house. He fell asleep quite quickly when using this. However, it only worked a handful of times and then just stopped altogether. No fading of effects, just wouldn't turn on at all after a few uses. Will be returning.

I liked it, but it worked for such an unbelievably short period of time. I tried to find if i could replace a light bulb, but i saw no indication of that.

I use this every night for my son and he loves the sounds. It’s helped him sleep better and through the night more. I definitely recommend this to anyone who has a little one. The only thing I would change is having a longer sound setting

Upset!

Not very happy only had it for two months randomly shuts off and now the sound don’t work just the light! The cord was always loose from the time I got it. My baby likes the sound part of it so he hasn’t been sleeping much.

Sound machine shuts off

I wanted to like this because the red light is better for not disturbing the sleep cycle but the sound shut off while my baby was sleeping and had woke him up too many times.

Its Just OK

The red light is great! My baby will stare at the light until he falls asleep and it helps him fall back asleep when he wants up. I like that there's 3 brightness settings and 3 noise level settings, HOWEVER, the white noise is not nearly loud enough. White noise is recommended to be as loud as a vacuum cleaner, this noise is definitely NOT that loud. This might work in a very quiet room, but my fan is louder than this sound machine that is 10 feet away from my bed. I live on a very busy street and have to use my phone for white noise during peak traffic hours. No photo added because it's 4:30AM and I'm waiting for my 6 month old to fall asleep but it looks just like the stock photos.

The sound on this machine intermittently turns off at random times.

Cheaply made

The red light barely stays on .. The item feels like a light cheap plastic toy .. there is only one sound for three white noise ..: I cannot justify keeping this item
