Just installed and very disappointed for all the reasons other reviews have stated. Flimsy, squeaks.

Really disappointed with the “shroud” application. How the shroud fits over the tub is slightly loose and results in a squeak. Not willing to see if the squeak stays/leaves post installation and use. Will be seeking another option with Kohler.

Defective tub

We bought this tub for our master bath renovation. After installation, we called Kohler's customer service 3 times to ask why the deck isn't completely horizontal (by 4 degrees) making the faucet and handles appear to be falling into the tub. Photos were sent and all 3 agents said the surface should be flat. The general contractor hired a different plumbing company to access the problem but the faucet had been properly installed. Another call to Kohler and that agent contradicted the others and said that internal engineering documents show that the deck mount surface is allowed to be up to 6 degrees off and refused to do anything about it.

Tub works great. My wife loves the bubble air jets though find if she fills it too high and runs the air jets, it shoots over the sides. Some small issues: electric cord from tub is very short and needed an extension. Also the directions could be better, as they use the same set for several tubs.

Squeaky and flimsy :(

With so many delays we finally had the tub installed. It’s beautiful, 66” is great size and looks like it would be sturdy with the thick edge but it’s NOT, it is squeaky and tub is wobbly inside the insert. The tub has 2 parts, the tub edges fits over the outer insert part. There are clips under the overhanging edge to hold it in place but they do not hold it securely at all. Not sure if it’s a manufacturer defect but it doesn’t stay in place. When you step into it the tub presses on the outer edge or something and it squeaks so loud and moves inside the insert part. The tub that I though would have a solid feel is just flimsy and cheap... I see now someone else had similar experience. I wish I knew this before, I would have never bough this tub. So disappointed as it was part of an addition project and had to be taken up through the hole in the roof, there is no way to take it out or change for something different. So terribly disappointed.

Tub perfectly finished by spa-like bath. Shape has clean lines that feel timeless yet modern.

Solid design feels very sturdy. The 2 pc design allows flexibility for your drain placement.

Great features

We have had this tub for over a year now and love it!!! I love that the faucet can be installed along the back side of the tub instead of having the pipes along the side of the tub as so many other soaking tubs have.
