Great product. Works as advertised.

This system did not disappoint. The directions could have been a little clearer as they were small b&w pictures. Someone in another review complained about how difficult it was to get the 4” pipe into the basin. They were not lying. Even with lithium grease it was a workout to get it in. I did prevail however. I made a couple mods that I thought were important. I cut an additional hole in the top so I could look into the basin without taking the lid off. I used a modified abs toilet flange and a 4” Oatey Gripper (33403) to use as a plug. Works great. I also used a 22.5 degree elbow inside the basin so waste doesn’t fall directly on the pump. Also a good improvement. Overall I am very happy. I have photos but don’t know how to post them.

It was everything as described in ad. Easy to install All pieces included. Moves the water. Would recommend.

There were so many missing parts. I hav to make them myself and I’m just praying it doesn’t leak.

Assembly was a breeze

It’s working well for the intended purpose. So far no problems after a month of use.

Comes with everything you need

Comes with everything except the shut off valve and pipes with fittings. Much, much more quieter then the $1,100 macerator toilet that we had before, which I had to take apart and service every six months. Waste of money!!

The pump moved water around 160 ft with about 12 ft lift total which was nice

Good quality product. Comes Pre-plumbed for convenience. Ejector pump is capable of removing up to 2" solids. Basin is included together with the ejector pump, top cover seal, top cover and top cover bolts. 1/2 HP pump easily manages to pump water coming from the clothes washer and full basement bathroom. Pipe seals are all included. Also included: 2" PVC threaded pipe adapter, 2" PVC pipe ( around 3ft long) and check valve. You need to purchase 2" ball valve yourself!

Did not receive the pump!

Upon opening the box to install the tank, we found that there is no pump included!

The product meets expectations and is working properly. Deleivery was promised and did not show up for several days after the promised date and the box was very damaged. No damage to the product

It lasted 9 months

It was easy to install, all the parts came in but it lasted 9 months.

The shortcoming was the instructions. They were close but not 100% accurate, and I had to read between the lines a few times. The installation went great, and all the parts were included. I struggled with getting the 4" intake pipe in but that was good in that it is a good fit. I like it and would purchase it again.

This system is very good.
