The shelf with towel bar was easy to assemble and as beautiful as shown and described on the web site. But the TINY set screws needed to attach the towel bar to the shelf brackets were almost lost during the unpacking process. One went down the drain next to the counter where I was unwrapping the box, and the other was almost thrown away. Packing them in a small plastic bag with the other screws, anchors, etc. and providing a parts list to verify would mitigate this problem.
