I bought this for my mom who broke her hand and it really saved us from her personal hygiene. It really works. And she is an elderly who is not very technically oriented, but she got the hang of it. Thank you Brondell!

The seat broke!

We have had this seat for about two years and we loved it. Until the seat cracked. It still works fine if you don’t mind your butt cheeks getting pinched when you stand up. The features are great but for $300 I would’ve hoped that the toilet seat would’ve lasted longer. For the record, we are not heavy people, the seat started developing weird spots that looked similar to oil stains and then started to crack. I’m not really impressed with the durability of this seat given the cost.

all the features with a great price

this is my second bidet, the Brondell is easy to use, with all the features to get everything clean and fresh. I especially enjoy the pulse feature, instant heated water and seat. The Brondell is easy to keep clean, and installed in minimal time.i would recommend the Brondell very highly it is well built and a high quality bidet at an affordable price.

One important fix and now it's great

All the features are great to have, are easy to configure the way you want them. Very good product. The only wrinkle in our experience was the fact the hand held remote that came with the seat did not signal our selection of certain features. Brondell customer support was very quick to respond with suggestions, then testing, and then to replace the remote with a new unit. The entire process from first reporting a problem to receiving a replacement took four days, tops. Very impressed by the unit and by the manufacturer's customer support.

Does everything So So

Quality is good. Does everything it's supposed to but i previously had a cheap bidet attachment that mounts under the seat. It was faster to use and had 3 times the water pressure. The brondell shoots a tiny stream of water even on the strong setting. That means you spend more time wiggling around to cover everything and takes 5 seconds to switch between any change of function. The blower doesn't blow hard. Probably take 5 minutes to actually get dry. Headed seat and water works great.

It is wonderful

Pros - Very easy to install, instructions are very good. Unit is quality built. It will leave you feeling clean and TP usage is minimal. Nice to have warm water, heated seat and the air dryer works well. Like the remote.

Great bidet, but.....

I ordered this bidet seat based on reviews and features. I just recently had a surgical procedure and my doctor recommended that I get a bidet to help the healing and pain relief as it is better than using a wipes and taking sitz baths. I installed it the day I got it. Installation was quick and easy. I don't have an outlet near the water closet so I ran an extension cord from the GFCI outlet at the sink to try the bidet out to see if I liked it. I followed the instructions to set up the remote and gave the seat a test run. Everything worked as described so I was happy.

It seems like there could have been a better design Choice made that would have hidden the hoes a little better. I also believe that the water stream to be a little stronger. It's a good remote but sometimes is unresponsive to the touch. I do like the options associated with remote as well.

Kind of anemic

Bought a BioBidet BB1000 to replace a leaky 6 year old Brondell SW1000, and returned it for this model. The Brondell looks better, feels sturdier, has a smaller remote, and is quieter. Depending on what your needs are, it may be a good choice. I'm the bidet evangelist among my friends, so I've tried many bidets of different brands and types.

This is a great bidet. Pros: warm water, air dryer, massage, nightlight, adjustable nozzle and temperature, sitz bath and remote control programmable for two users. It gives you drying and wash times of two minutes each and I love it. You can shorten the time by pressing the stop button. Cleans great and cuts down on TP usage. Cons: the round seat doesn’t quite fit my round toilet and there’s a bit of an overhang, but it doesn’t impair the performance of the bidet. The remote is not backlit so if you’re using the nightlight, guess what you can’t see?

Started Leaking Internally before Warranty Expired

Expensive for 1 year of use. It started leaking internally before 1 year of use. But I did not imagine that happening and kept trying to find issue causing water on my floor. The unit was out of warranty when I finally was able to see evidence of where the water was coming from, and that was also when the unit quit working. - Factory did offer to repair and pay labor, but would not give me an high/low estimate of the cost of parts. And I was responsible for all shipping. I threw it away!!!

I bought this on a HD Deal of the Day half-off promo for $199 late 2020, figuring it was only about $150 more than just a regular molded toilet seat and I'm really glad I did. This thing works great, it's comfortable and the big selling points for me were heated water and a handheld remote. It also has an adjustable temp heated seat that my wife loves! The remote has a slide in bracket that adheres to our vanity cabinet so it's out of the way but always within handy reach. The water temp is adjustable as well as the wash pressure, and the nozzle angle is adjustable too, all from the remote. It came with all the hardware I needed to install it. About the only thing we're not crazy about is the forward sloping angle of the somewhat lightweight cover. My wife used to sit sideways on the old toilet seat cover when she applied her makeup, but she really can't on this, and I won't sit on it because I'm afraid I'd break it. So if you use your toilet seat cover as a chair, understand you won't be able to with this comfortably. Otherwise we're happy with this, it's our first experience with a bidet and after getting used to using it I'm glad I bought it.
