Abrasive Bottom
I love tfal coikware; however, this pot has an abrasive bottom that scratched the surface of my glass top stove.
I would have loved this item but it came dented and the cover doesn't fit on it.
Nice looking but not a good pot.
Product description says it is supposed to be hard anodized with lid. It smells like enamel paint. I boiled tap water in it and it still smells like enamel paint like a spray can or a paint booth. The side walls are thin so the heat escapes because it is so tall. The glass lid has a hole in it so it can't retain the heat on the top of the water. I have a glass electric induction stove. It took forever to get the water to boil. Some people might like their pot but I don't want to use a pot that smells like a paint booth. I'm too afraid of chemicals that leaching into my food. This is a hard no and a return.
