I've neglected these for years but are now razor sharp! Better than new

I've had these knives for 6 years and they've been great, but often neglected by being washed in the dishwasher and poorly sharpened. I've since invested in a Wicked Edge Gen 3 sharpener and these knives are now razor sharp! A pleasure to use now.

Incredible knife set

We enjoy cooking and received a Global Santoku as a gift 5 years ago. We immediately LOVED it. When it came time to buy a second knife set (original was Wustof), we went with this Global set. Every knife is a useful and great: the weight, razor sharp edges and each is easy to clean. The added bonus of the scissors in this set takes it over the top. Will only be recommending Global going forward.

Best ever? sharp, beautiful and love the balance in my hand- the handles apparently have sand in them. I worked in catering for years and that's when I learned about these knives. To date Global are my very favorite. I have individual knives purchased over the years but this is the 1st professional knife set I've bought and couldn't be more pleased. If you love ti cook and create in the kitchen this is for you.

10-Piece Takashi Knife Block Set

When cutting items it goes quick and easy to cut through any item. The feel of the knives is great. Clean after each use right away as they say in the user manual.
