The box did not have the scan code to obtain the Instructions. Very frustrating. Wasted so much time with contractors trying to “figure it out”. This company is not setting customers up for a successful installation process.

Home improvement is often fraught with problems, Our BIGGEST issue was several damaged boxes, damaged pallets and lost hardware, thank you ESTES trucking :-( you need to find a different delivery service.. That would be why I will check who delivers the orders before I choose a Store to buy from !!

The listing is deceptive it says it's a shower kit with doors and pan (that sounds like its a kit plus doors and wall). However both the photo and directions talk about the walls and how to install them but no walls are included. Also not all the hardware listed was included and when ove was contacted they said I needed proof that not all the hardware was there. How do you prove a negative? I sent them a packing list of everything that was there and was told that wasn't sufficient!! I'd strong recommend no one buys this product!!

This shower completely upgraded my bathroom. All of the glass panels and hardware are very high quality and not flimsy at all. The door is very smooth and strong, you can really feel the difference. It has a tight close with a magnet so there aren’t any cracks or openings for water to come out. It took us longer than we thought to install but overall really happy with our choice!
