Love these chairs!

I love the Adirondack look without being so low to the ground. These chairs are comfortable to sit in and easy to get out of. They are sturdy and seem like they will last many years. They look great around my fire pit.

A loyal customer for over 38 years

I have being a customer for years. I was not only disconcerted, but afraid of continuing with Macy's after I informed the customer service department that merchandize I ordered never arrived. They responded by writing that "as a retailer, we must balance the needs of the customer with protecting our business and our brand". The customer service department was also very dismissive of the situation by stating " While the outcome of this matter may be disappointing, we hope you understand the logic behind it." What logic are they talking about? What are the telling me? I have always being a loyal and trustworthy person and I am insulted by what the customer service is implying. I did my own investigating and saw that Macy's had another account in my name that I was never informed about or asked for it to be opened. An old e-mail address was also being used that I asked to be closed seven years ago. This is a very difficult situation and I will close the Macys account after it is resolved.

Perfect Andirondack Chair

The geometry of this chair makes it easy to get in and out of, and it is very comfortable. It takes some patience putting it together and it helps if you have a second pair of hands. The chairs are quite heavy which make them stable in the high winds we occasionally experience but the weight also makes them difficult to move. I solved the latter issue by attaching wheels to the front legs (see my pictures). The rubber wheels lifted the front legs off the ground by an inch. This actually made the chairs a bit more comfortable.

Love pollywood

These same pollywood Adirondack chairs were on our hotel balcony when on vacation %26 I loved them! So comfortable and they do not lean back like most Adirondack chairs. I did some research and saw they are pollywood. I bought two chairs %26 the side table. Perfect for my patio %26 I don’t have to worry about the rain. Hope the last a long time. The price is not cheap.

Solid and comfortable

Very sturdy and comfortable. Perfect for me as I approach age 70. Assembly was somewhat of a challenge for 1 person, but I got it done.

Nice chair

Looks like it will last a long time. I love the height; easier to get in and out of than a standard Adirondack chair. They are not huge, so not good for bigger people like my husband. I like the price!

Great Chairs

I bought the sand color looks great on my balcony. Assembly did take 2 people but not difficult. Would purchase this brand again.

Beautiful but needs some assembling…

These are beautiful, heavy chairs…..but beware there is some assembly required. If you aren’t very handy, these might not be for you. Very happy with them.

I was pleased with my order.

The only thing I didn't like is that we had to put it together. other than that no problem. All items were clearly number and the assemble and directions were very clear. The chair is very comfortable and sturdy that was my main concern. I plan to order another one.

Purchasing online through Walmart is seamless. Product details were accurate and shipping was quick.

One of the chairs came in with multiple scratches on the seat back. Definitely takes away from how nice the chair is.
