Lid is really hot!

The lid handle is metal and gets really hot! Other than that I like the pan so far.

Love it, it's just the size I need and the quality is great.

Pan is a little smaller that what i expected. Overall, I love the color and it is not too heavy. My reason forb3 stars is thet the handle does get hot. Especially the handle on the lid! I was cooking something with the lid on and when I went to lift the lid off, it was hot and burt my hand! I did not realize when I purchase it that it did not have a small piece of silicone on the handle like my old one did. So PLEASE be careful if you purchase this.

I bought it to replace

I bought it to replace one. This one is not as heavy as the one I had, this one has a curved bottom that I wish it didn’t have.

Great purchase

Cook a lot at home & needed a good quality pan. Glad I remembered to shop online at Macy’s bc pan was on sale and really good quality.

This pan is what I have been looking for! Nice lid - but it DOES get hot! MUST use a pot holder on it. Not too heavy for this senior citizen....& i have made several meals in it & NOTHING sticks or burns!

It's just ok

While I like the size and the lid, it hasn't maintained it's finish. I don't use metal utensils and I hand wash but there are areas that are losing the nonstick finish. Disappointing for the price.

Brand new and the lid

Brand new and the lid doesn’t fit over the pan right out of the packaging. Unable to use.

Just the right size.

My old Analon which I had for a very long time needed replacement. This was just the right size. It seems lighter than the older one.

Customer Service is Awful

I hate when customer service do not respond. I sent in a ticket, no response. I sent an email, no response. I called the number and there is no one to talk to, they just tell you to submit a ticket or email. I need to return a damaged product, so frustrating.

Works well

I love my new 3 quart sauté pan. It is the perfect size for cooking for 2 to 3 people. It did arrive damaged in the mail but I have been able to still use it.

Great Purchase

I finally found a pan that does what it’s supposed to do. Cooks evenly, is truly non stick and looks great. This is the only pan I use anymore!

I used this pan to

I used this pan to fry potatoes the other day and they browned up very nicely and they didn't stick to the pan at all. The lid fits well and I am glad for the vent in the lid. I wish the handle didn't get hot so I didn't have to use a hot pad but it is nice that we can put the pan in the oven. I will buy another one if this one ever wears out.

Very disappointed with the quality.

Very disappointed with the quality. About half the metal went into this product compared to the original that I am replacing. The pan bent during shipping primarily due to it being packed in an envelope as opposed to a padded box. Customer service was responsive, but it's going on three weeks and I have not yet see a replacement. The original order arrived in 3 days.

Pan was bent

So far the 3 quart works well, except it arrived with a slight bend in the pan that makes it difficult to place lid on all the way. Should have returned
