Wonderful customer service. My 16 piece dinnerware set had one salad plate that was not the pattern ordered. Sent an email to Pfaltzgraff and they quickly responded and sent the correct plate. All I had to do was send them a picture of the incorrect plate and the following week the replacement was delivered.

wrong color

I take responsibility for my part in this because the dishes were in my basement and I missed the window for a return. I ordered the teal but they sent the beige. Two of the mugs were broken into pieces. I would never have ordered these now that I’ve read reviews that the seashell pattern wears off Buyer beware. You would do much better to shop around

I like the dinnerware with

I like the dinnerware with the exception of the raised shell pattern around the edges of the dinner ware. I did not see until the product arrived.

Terrible quality

I’ve had these dishes for a little over a year.. upon receiving them the markings/swirls were not as prominent as when I saw them in a store overtime they starting coming off more and more and on the back of the plates you cannot even see anymore the brand name I do not recommend these dishes. Very sad because Pfaltzgraff is selling nothing but junk these days

Purchased two sets and we

Purchased two sets and we don’t even want to use them. They look like two completely different sets..they look like seconds or defective. It’s a shame as we’ve always had Pfaltzgraff sets but the quality is just not there anymore 😟.

Chips and deforms in dishwasher

Not happy at all - A plate bowl and cup all chipped within weeks of normal use. The plates also appear to be warping in dishwasher. What is the warranty on this junk dishware we bought from Macy's?

I was very disappointed in the quality of this shipment. Every piece looks like a second quality with huge rough patches in the glazing and missing teal color on the outer edges. What happened to the Pfaltzgraph quality. Another issue I have is the Pfaltzgraph name completely washed off of the bottom of pieces. are these fakes?

Absolutely Love!

We bought 2 sets before and loved them so much we bought a 3rd set. Color is great, they wash great in the dishwasher ( no warping). Color is as pictured. Very haooy with our 3rd purchase.

I love the dishes. I had one with a little flaw and wish it could be replaced but not sure how you could do that They are much prettier in person. I truly love them! The plates, bowls, cups - just beautiful!!!I looked for dishes for over two years till I found the shell plates. I also got the brown glasses to match. I have been sick so I have not unpacked them yet but they look beautiful w the plates.

Packaged well. Easy to unpack and they are gorgeous, better than I'd hoped. The light teal is chabby-chicish, and the black trim works really well. So pleased and can't beat the price :)

Sturdy and heavy weight. Color on website is accurate with reality. Nice coastal theme and very functional.

Beautiful, I Love my new dinnerware

After shopping around for several months and seeing this set on several sites, it pulled me in, so I went ahead and ordered 3 sets to have a 12 piece place setting. I just love them. The plates are not too heavy (I was worried about that) and they do not get really hot when used in the microwave, both pluses. The pattern is subtle and very pretty. I would recommend the Trellis Coastal White dinnerware set.

So far, so good

I saw the mixed reviews online and bought a set a month ago. They fit perfectly into my coastal theme and the color is great. They are solid, but not too heavy to hold and they do NOT scratch. I bought a second set this week and added the vegetable bowl and 8 fruit bowls. If I had to sname something that isn't perfect, I would just like the big bowls to fit better in the dishwasher. But it isn't that big of a deal. I love the set.
