You can't go wrong with an Ostrich brand beach chair. the backpack version is lovely evenly distributes weight across your back. easy to use. holds up for the curvier beach body.

You can’t lay flat unless your feet are just hanging in the air

I can not wait to use this chair. I love that I can lay flat on my stomach and read. Places for my arms to comfortably go and off the ground.

Uncomfortable carrying and laying face down

The chair is nice and roomy, however it is very uncomfortable to carry as a backpack due to the support bar hitting a painful part of your back while walking. When you lay face down and utilize the face hole, the end of the chair cuts off your legs which is also pretty uncomfortable.

Too heavy & bulky

This chair is much heavier than anticipated & the metal bar digs into my back when trying to use the backpack straps to carry. Returning as I can’t imagine walking out to the beach with this, but it is pretty. Just not practical if you have other things to carry or aren’t a very tall person.

Rusted

This chair rusted after one day at the beach. The rust stained the seat and nothing will get it out. Can only imagine how much more it will rust if used again

Really love these chairs! Great quality, feels sturdy, durable and yet somewhat lightweight. Purchased these for husband and I to take to the beach - great height, and easy to travel with.
