Great suction. Great maneuverability. Easy to empty debris. Sound volume is acceptable. A longer electric cord would be helpful.

It works great as I expected good product.

shark ZU503AMZ with self cleaning brush roll.

The vacuum cleaner arrived on time and it looks brand new for being refurbished. I have only used it once & it seemed to work like all my other shark vacuums. The cup holder is smaller than some of my other sharks but doable. It is lightweight and easy to move around. I wanted to try a vacuum with the self-cleaning brush roll. I hope it works like they say it is supposed to.

Small collection tank

If the tank was 1/2 to twice as large, it would have been perfect. Other than the fact that the collection tank is a little small, couldn't be happier with the vacuum.

gets hot and shuts off

its a great vacuum BUT It gets hot after about 20 minutes and shuts down. You have to wait until it cools down to turn it back on. I've only had it a few months and only use it maybe once every week or 2.

Amazing

This vacuum is sooo amazing! I got it on sale at my local Walmart for almost half off! The suctioning on this vacuum is seriously amazing! Unfortunately though, I have my own cleaning company and will not be able to bring it to my clients homes, Ill have to use it at my home. It literally almost suctioned up my dogs entire stuffed moose, a bunch of cords, and almost suctioned up my bedroom curtains that I was not that close to. And I cant risk that at a clients house. But having two golden retrievers, and a vacuum like that.... its a MUST HAVE
