Very Disappointed

There are lines running through the glass of both lamps only visible when the lamps are on in the evening. These fissures destroy the otherwise-lovely patterns in the glass

VERY DISAPPOINTED

The lamp that I ordered was NOTHING LIKE what I received!!! The shade was ALL YELLOW! I believe this to be false advertising. Now I have to re pack it and send it back! No easy task.

This lamp is as beautiful as I thought it would be. I’m just sad it is too heavy for the marble top antique table I had I intended to place it on. It is very heavy.

I have had my eye on this lamp for quite a long time, and I am very glad I finally made the decision to purchase this lamp. I now live in a 440 square foot studio so I am limited on space and decided that this time around I would go with "Quality" over "Quantity". I've always enjoyed the finer things, but could never afford to fill a large space with anything more than the standard shelf items at local department stores. This lamp is just as beautiful as it looks. I would suggest 40watt or lower on the bulbs. You can use up to 60watt but it's terribly bright. I like the 40watts to better enjoy the design on the shade and provide more of an ambiance. I have my eye on a few more lamps on this website along with a few odds and ends. I have been very happy with this purchase and got exactly what I expected. I really enjoy their variety of quality items on this website. Thank you Lamps Plus! I will be sending a kind review and photos for the Sculpture / Figurine I ordered recently as well. If you keep looking at this lamp and wondering..........should I?............Yes indeed you should! :)>

Classic Quality

The color of the shade is more beige than golden but the lamp is truly beautiful. It is heavy and well made. It is in a class all by itself. Not something you would see in your local home decor store. Looks like a lamp that would have been handed down from a previous generation.

High quality lamp

Love this lamp, unique and high quality. Just what I was needing. Have used 15 watt bulbs that gives the shade a very nice glow. Lamp is very heavy for its size

Perfect accent lamps for bed-stands

Purchased two of these lamps for craftsman style bed stands. They are just perfect! The heavy base keeps the lamp in place with no chance to tip over. The shade is darker when turned off, but still very attractive.

Arrived shattered

This is a beautiful lamp. Unfortunately the glass shade was shattered when it arrived although the base was not damaged and very nice. I've put in a request for it to be replaced as I'd very much like to still keep the lamp. If I hear back and it is replaced, I'll revise my review.

Perfect light

We needed a light in the hallway and this fit the bill. Not too big and overpowering yet not so small it gets lost - just right. And the design is a showstopper for guests entering the house.

LOVE This Lamp!

You may use my name “Sher from Denver” if you like. My home town is just too small to use. I love looking at this lamp in my home office each day. The light it diffuses is very calming and the lamp looks terrific on the small table it sits on. It is a great addition to a space where I spend so much of my time. Lamp puts out such a warm, soothing light.
