Terrible product

We have used this faucet maybe 4 times and themetal part of the sprayer ( under the ceramic handle) snapped in two pieces. Now it can't even be used or water speed out everywhere. Do not buy from this store!

The faucet was very nice. the pluming connections were junk. They send a square rubber O'ring to install in between the two pipe connections and to hand tighten . After trying everything possible to stop from leaking , I found a compression fiber washer to use instead of the O'ring . It worked great. They should look into using it.

Perfect faucet for lena clawfoot tub

We bought this as a deck mount for our cast iron tub, rather than going for the free-standing option. It saves on money, and we could be sure that the tub would be close enough/overhang would be right for no spillage when running the faucet. My wife loves the telephone handle hand shower, and it is a great vintage look. The faucet does spray a bit, rather than have a smooth stream, but this is not a real problem and is a function of it having a retro-style bell mouth rather than a more modern round one.

This is absolutely amazing. It feels like quality made product and works like one. I was just blown away since I had seen higher priced ones that I could not afford, I wasn't sure how well this one was made. Beyond expectations.

Awesome faucet

I purchased this faucet when I also purchased the Ralston clawfoot tub. What a beautiful accent piece to the tub. It works as beautiful as it looks. Assembly was easy and now my tub looks very elegant. The water flow is excellent too.
