The lamps (2) are in a bedroom with Mission furniture. They look great. the primary glass is not a light as suggested by the photo)

Resin base, not metal as advertised.
Very attractive lamp, but the base is resin and not metal as advertised. The shade also spins regardless of how much the finial is tightened. I'm disappointed that the base is resin and not metal and that the shade turns if I touch it while pulling a chain, but it looks really good and matches my other cut glass furniture items.

I thoroughly read the description but still did not get that the shade is made of plastic. For the price, even a Tiffany style I'd expect to be glass but maybe I'm out of touch. nice design, soft light Cheap composite material for the price
