The tankless water heater works fine. I submitted my information on the enclosed post card in order to validate the warranty. However, I never received an acknowledgement.

It stopped working after one year

Poor quality - it stopped working after one year of being installed - tried resetting it and it did not work.

The plumber chose to install it as my basement flooded in the storm that came through eastern NC September 16, 2024 and my basement flooded and the hit water heater floated! Because I live in a flood zone, the tankless made sense. He installed it close to the ceiling and electrician did the wiring and upgraded the electric. Flood Insurance was to cover it but heating/air replacement is so expensive the insurance company doesn't want to pay it.

Very easy to install and heats water instantly!

Worked for about a month, then quit. Had it for a month before getting it installed and evidently it doesn’t have a warranty past the first month. Ridiculous, considering what it cost.

Too expensive to convert. Never tried it. I had to return it.

Mediocre company

I purchased this waterheater brand new and they sent me a used one with scratch, gease and warranty seal broken. It looks like they are playing their customer with refurbished devices to get rid of the montain of defective devices.

Fit right into old water heater place. works fine.

Ordering system was super easy.

We had our first Titan for 17 years and it finally died. Replacement was easy as we were able to get the same model so it was replaced in less than an hour, no mess hauling around a big water tank either!

Excellent product! Works great for any medium or small house.

Stop working in 4 months of it being installed but no one used it. I'll be calling for a refund.
