Easy to move around

I got the model with the larger wheels to pull over landscape rock. Durable heavy gauge steel, easy to move, just what I was looking for.

Awesome piece

Easy to put together. Sturdy enough to be used daily in my pressure washing business! Definitely a value for the money!

Solid construction but the connections are Ill-fitting.

Connections are Ill fitting. I\'ve tried plumber\'s tape and multiple connectors, but I haven\'t been able to find one that fits without spraying water everywhere. If I find one that works I\'ll update my review.

Good stuff

I recently bought the GoPlus Hose Reel Cart, and it\'s been fantastic. The sturdy, rust-resistant build and large wheels make it easy to maneuver on any terrain. The smooth reel mechanism saves time, and the cart holds a long hose without tangling. Assembly was quick, Highly recommended for any gardener!

Goes together well, but doesn\'t work without modifications

I am giving this an overall generous 3 stars.First the good. It arrived undamaged in the box. The finish on the paint initially looks good. The tires were already inflated.Now the not so good. All the parts (nuts, bolts and washers) were eventually found. They were loose in the box and even hidden under the cardboard flaps. Spend an extra penny on a small plastic bag to put them in. The instructions say to set the hose reel on the frame to bolt it to the frame. Though this works, it results in the hose inlet pointing up, causing the supply hose to be pointing up, resulting in additional stress and kinking on the supply hose. I reversed this and mounted the hose reel to the bottom side of the frame resulting in the hose inlet pointing down, relieving stress on the feed hose and the reel assembly.Now for the real problem. It turns out that the supplied short hose, the inlet and outlet fittings do match the fittings on the hose reel (great), however they do not fit anything else. American hoses (at least mine) have a thread pitch of 12, the hose and hose connections on this reel have a thread pitch of 14. After stripping the second plastic hose quick connect it was obvious there was something wrong. I resolved the problem by going and purchasing a male and female hose end, taking the supplied hose, cutting it in half, and attaching the appropriate 12 pitch connectors so I could connect a feed line, and a hose on the reel.There is no mechanism to secure the hose to the reel when the unit is stored, so it just unravels and doesn\'t store well. It also does not have any tray or basket to store accessories. The handle to wind the hose up is a flat strap. I would it better if it had a spine or ribbing of some sort. It looks like it may not last long term with a large hose or frequent use.I was able to make it work, but probably would not recommend this to anyone who isn\'t willing to go through the extra effort. I am not returning it, it isn\'t worth the bother

Nice steel hose rolling rack

Great material, nice and strong. Very easy to install, but need a tool to tight up all the screws. Easy to roll the hose and carry it around the garden. Now is much easier to organize the hose than keep fixing it every time.

After assembly, loose parts that rattle

The wheels are loose, the crank is loose, the bolts do not fully tighten against all the parts they are supposed to hold. That may not matter a lot--the reel cart may remain together, but it would be better if the thing was solidly assembled and tight. Loose parts often eventually fall apart. Some of the bolts lost their loosely attached nuts and washers in the big box and I had to replace them. The brass fittings appear to be good quality.

Works as promised!

This cart is heavy duty and thus far is working great! While some assembly is required, the major parts are welded and it\'s easy to put together, though it does require basic tools like a socket or nut driver and screw driver. I was pleasantly surprised with how it rolled the hose up and around the spindle. I highly recommend it.

Easy to assemble

Quite simple to put together. It is made of steel so it can be fixed if like the handle or something breaks down the road. Should have a few years of use !

Solid reel; poor assembly instructions

The graphics and instructions for assembly are bad. Specifically the section where reel attaches to frame. This is unfortunate because the hose reel itself seems very good. This review is as much for the supplier as potential buyers. But invest in revision of assembly instruction, parts list, and graphics. If purchasing, be sure you have the temperament for unpacking and unclear instructions

Save space to store hose

It is quite convenient to hold hose and save space at my garden for me. I always have to leave hose on the floor without cart. Now, it is easy to roll the hose on the cart. And my garden looks like more clean and tidy after used this hose cart.

Very good product

This is a very good product,it is made entirely of iron, it is very sturdy ,i believe that this product i can use it for many years,it is really great ,the wheels are very large and it is very easy to pull and turn the wheels easily ,thanks

Good product

Good quality and easy to install. Making it easier to soak my garden and retrieve my hose.

Will rust

Rusted even though I had it on a covered porch. The gears locked together so that I can\'t unwind the hose.

Solid value for the asking price

Used this to hold 100 foot of 3/4 inch hose - works well. Used my own leader hose, as the one that comes with it is low quality. But gets 5 stars because at this price point, they beat all 3/4 inch hose cart competition in the market.

Real size

It has 5/8 hose to connect to hydrant and does not hold 200' of 3/4 hose

Convenient

It is easy to move and use. Perfect for our use.

Garden watering is now a dream!

The cart is sturdy, easy to maneuver and the hose rolls up flawlessly. If it is accidentally left out in the rain, there is nothing to worry about. Altogether money well spent!

Poor fitting hardware

Hose reel not secured and it poked two holes in shipping box . Loose hardware in bottom of box and a washer and nut were missing. Assembly instructions vague. Lots of play where hand crank goes through bushing. Carriage bolts attaching hose reel to frame are wrong size; Heads spin when tightening acorn nuts. Ended up replacing with hardware of my own. Cheap leader hose. Remains to be seen how this hose reel will hold up.

Close to Being Perfect

This unit is well made, but there are 2 shortcomings in my opinion. The first one is there should be a transition piece to go between the horizontal water supply connection in the center of the reel, to your hose. I rigged my hose with cable ties in a manner that prevents kinking. See the attached pictures. I could make one, but it's something that should come from the factory. The second thing that I fight with every day is the supply line. It's extremely thin walled and collapses if the cart isn't positioned just right in relationship to the field hydrant. Those 2 shortcomings are all that kept me from giving this a 5-star rating.
