Ordered 2, both items arrived shattered into tiny pieces.

Terrible customer service and support!

Unbelievable! Toilet was shipped late, "3rd party, nothing we can do". Arrives today but only the top half of the tank it delivered. I reach out to customer support and they say nothing we can do, it says delivered and full weight is there so "file a police report as stolen" and "contact bank for refund". I ask to speak to a higher up who then magically says that there is only half the weight on the truck and it's out of stock but they can pick up the top and refund me. Still no toilet...

Appearance and function delightful.

It worked well but started clogging one month after purchase which never happened with a cheaper other brand toilet It is a little bit disappointing making it feel like wasted.

This toilet is very, very nice. No rim to clean under, glazed bowl repels dirt and stains. Love it! Worth every cent.

Toto is always good

Very nice toilet. I always buy toilet from Toto, robust and reliable. Besides, Easy to install, beautiful looking and water saving. And BBB has the best price as I can find. Very happy for the purchase.

So far so good

I really do like this new toilet. It's comfortable, the flush is quiet, and the bowl stays quite clean. My contractor encouraged me to go with Toto and so far it's been great.

Product was good. the seat seem a little thin and unsubstantial.

You just can't beat Toto. No other manufacturer can hold a candle to their toilets.

Good toilet

well built, flush smooth, the seat little hard bump on the inner ring, but I'm ordering second one even though the first one is leaking from the filler valve pending replacement part from the company.

Easily the best toilet available

Even though the bowl and tank were packed in separate boxes with an incredible amount of packing material the bowl arrived smashed. Home Depot customer care ensured me that it would be replaced by Toto which, after 1 phone call proved to be correct.. new bowl was shipped to me and arrived in 3 days. Easy to install, looks terrific and super easy to keep clean. Toto is the Cadillac of toilets. Highly recommend.

We have been upgrading all of bathrooms to include Toto gal, tall toilets……. They are the best!, low maintenance and energy efficient. Sales and shipping performance was superb.

Wonderful and easy to clean. No issues. Added a bidet seat, mist prior to going and voila, no marks!!!

Toilet is good. However I ordered two, both arrived shattered. I had to bring them to FedEx shipping center. Of the two replacements one arrived intact, one was broken again. One more trip hauling this to FedEx shipping center. Disappointed I couldn’t get the intact products I ordered and had to haul the broken toilets back to ship without compensation for the hassle

The toilet itself is nice and flushes well. We still manage to clog it every now and then. For as expensive as this toilet was though, we're very disappointed by the cheap seat it came with. It's plastic and it creaks and moves no matter how carefully one sits on it. I was going to order three more of these, but will be looking into other options due to the soft-close seat quality.

Horrible and Overrated

Purchased (2) Drake toilets with a quality and professional installation. One Drake leaks at the tank to bowl gasket. Professional plumber comes back twice to pull the tank and inspect and finds nothing cracked, broken, defective, etc. Puts everything back and it continues to leak. Reach out to TOTO at 2PM PST and recording says they are not open even though the website says they are available until 8PM EST - unreal. There is absolutely nothing special about a TOTO product and I would look elsewhere. Now I have to purchase yet another toilet and it will be a Kohler - thanks TOTO for an inferior product with no warranty support.
