Pretty but not very tough

This sink is nice - really pretty and stylish. But it’s not as tough as it should be. I’ve had it for about a month, and while it’s holding up well so far in regard to stains, it scuffs and scratches easily. I’m feeling like I have to be so gentle with it and relentless about cleaning it thoroughly very regularly if I want it to stay looking nice. I wish it was a bit tougher and more resistant to normal wear and tear.

Just installed in a new build. Quality seems nice. Just a heads up that this is more of a matte white than your typical shiny cast white sink. I think it looks great against our greyish white quartz countertops.

Sink is fragile

Sink looks nice once installed but is too fragile to ship. It took 4 sinks for us to receive one that wasn’t broken upon arrival.

Very satisfied with this purchase! Likes: deep bowls, 50/50 bowls, rich black color, quiet. Dislikes: the first delivered sink had a broken flange at the corner, but per usual, customer service took care of it nice and quick. Be sure to verify your drain line is low enough for the deep bowls.

Disappointed

Love the idea of this- to mount as undermount under quartz as shown in the picture, but could not get the CAD/DXF file needed to get to the stone cutter because the manufacturer refused to provide it. Of all the products I’ve purchased from SH through the years, this is the first major disappointment. Buyer beware, if you’re installing this sink and need the CAD for the under-mount version you’ll be out of luck.

Matte finish

I'm giving 3 stars just because I didn't realize this was a rough, matte finish sink. We were looking for a glossy finish.

Deep Dual Basin Sink

This deep dual basin kitchen sink was the perfect solution for our undermount install into a butcher block counter. The material has the appearance of ceramic but was much lighter and easy to handle as a DIY replacement. So far any pot marks or discolor from other items or just routine use, have cleaned up nice with mild scouring or sponge-scrub. Great product!

I really wanted a porcelain sink but, could not find one for a reasonable price. Purchased this one and it is way lighter and has similar functionality. Very happy with the purchase.
