Bought this to replace a foaming one. The foaming one was great, not seeing it available though and the plastic cracked too easily. Do another foaming one.

Look cute but don't last

I've had several of these and the plastic insert that holds the soap always cracks. I think it might be due to over tightening but I won't bother trying to replace them.

So cute, breaks so fast

I loved this little pump when I bought it just over six months ago. But less than three months after getting it, the metal spigot rusted and the two top portions broke. Now the silicon top wobbles around, and the whole thing is unstable. I'm pretty bummed!

TERRIBLE! Totally Rusted Out after a month

Terrible. I ordered many, and they all rusted out. Had to toss.

Cute!

This cute little soap pump is very simple to refill and use. It's easy to regulate the amount of soap it dispenses so I don't have to use more than necessary. It's sturdy and should last a long time...I hope!

Do not buy

This awful, one of mine broke right out of the box… actually 2 if you count the tall black one I bought and they’re messy, I bought these in hopes of using less plastic and just refilling but they are not good. I’m too proud to get rid of the one working one yet because my husband will definitely call me out for buying a something less than ideal.

Cute design, terrible quality

Bought two of these for both our bathrooms, and both developed issues within a month of using. Both had the rust issues other reviewers have mentioned. One, the internal part broke away from the casing, and the other, the clear plastic has cracked. And with the way they're designed, soap leaks out after a full pump creating a mess. Regret buying these.

The metal that the dispenser tip is made out of corrodes in the presence of soap. The soap that comes out is brown and gross due to the metal. I will try to get a refund from Wayfair. This product is poorly made

Excited About a Soap Dispenser? Why Not?

I purchased this dispenser for our newly decorated small bathroom. Originally, I purchased an electric one from another website and was severely disappointed with its functionality. So, I decided to go simple. Well, this one did NOT disappoint! It is easy to fill, does not clog, and dispenses just the right amount of soap- no waste.

Simple, functional soap dispenser.

This soap pump is great. It is easy to use, and easy to refill. The pump itself works fine. I use one in the kitchen, the other in the guest bathroom. They are also very attractive.

UMBRA Touch Soap Pump

Even though I bought it because I liked the design, the function is terrible. It is top heavy with narrower base so it topples over from time to time very easily. Therefore it cracked from so many times toppling over. I had an older UMBRA MODERN model that was much better that is round at top and it gets wider on the bottom (See second photo). Everyone who uses it loves it. It is made of soft rubber material too!

Not great

I bought these about a month ago for our new home and they have all started to rust on the outside where the soap dispenses. Looks good, but not happy with the functionality. Not happy that I bought one for each sink.

Practical & easy to use

We're all using soap dispensers more than ever. Which also means replacing them when they break. This one seems sturdy and is stable on the counter. Dispenses perfect amount of gel with one pump. Happy with it even if it doesn't match the grey Umbra waste basket I bought at the same time. (The problem with relying on online images for colour matching. Lol. If you need a match, call customer service. They're great.)

My cute little soap dispenser adds a nice touch to my kitchen and it dispenses easier than the store bought bottles. So, now more purchasing individual bottles, just the refill for this little dispenser. Think I'll get one for each bath too.

I bought this soap pump few weeks ago and I absolutely love it . Its well made and super cute . Soap does not drip all over it . Works so good . Even bought one for my friend .

We've just had the Penguin soap dispenser for a week but we're really impressed with its functionality and simple, clean lines. It surpasses the pricy stainless one it's replacing. If it holds up we'll be purchasing more to use for hand sanitizer, lotion, shampoo and conditioner so its great it comes in other colours.
