Read the fine print. “Returns and refunds issued within 30 days…” actually means that you can return it within 30 days of purchase, but you will pay the shipping. So if it’s large/heavy items, you’re sunk. Or you can get a partial refund (like 20% of the total cost) and keep the item even if you don’t need it.

The perfect wood door for a hall closet.

The door arrived in perfect condition and was easily installed. The door had been finished very well, and needed minimal sanding before applying stain. I would buy it again!

The door is well made for the price range. My rating is lower than would be because one panel was split, broken. I did not notice the split till after installing the hardware. Otherwise it's a decent product. Works well regarding the hardware.

Very nicely made, sturdy, good quality, beats a mirrored or other closet door hands down. Took stain very well. Make sure you add 2 inches to the door to get the right size for your closet opening. I almost messed it up but we were able to remove the carpet to make more room. As always, read instructions before buying.

The door is ok, however while priming I noticed a 3 inch lung split at the top of the door, The door has not been installed yet or painted as I am going to try and repair this rather unsightly split that is roughly 1/8th inch wide and 2.5 to 3 inches long right on the top panel. I feel this will be easier than packaging it up and paying for freight and waiting to see what happens. So final verdict: Not Impressed!

Love these doors. Replaced bi-fold doors with mirrors and these look so much better. Very good quality and easy to install.

The doors arrived on time and well packaged. We have primed and painted the doors. Ready for installation next. Excited to get these done.

The door itself is very nice. We wanted solid wood and this delvers on that. The included track hardware, however, leaves a lot to be desired. There is a plastic pin that slides in a track with open metal edges. The friction fit results in a very unsatisfactory noisy and rough operation of doors. I paid to buy a separate track with roller system,

Product was gouged and split on one panel. The splinter looked to be placed in the box. They need to either beef up the box or change their carrier. I'd recccomend both. This is my third door and all of them had similar problems (gashes, spintered.)

just say no

upon arrivak these doors look good, but think hard before painting or staining. I painted ours to match other interior doors. they warped. they rattle and don't hang right even with a floor guide. better to just find hollow core pre finished doors. I wasted my money. don't waste yours.

I bought your30” inch bifold, when i received it it was only 1” thick , very flimsy, wife not happy!! Poor quality. I was forced to buy a 30” door. Not what i wanted.

I bought two. They really are nice quality, but didn’t work for what I purchased them for. Repurposing into a large table with cast iron legs. Going to get artsy with a colorful acrylic pour.

Ordered 6 of these doors for closets in our home. We painted 4 doors and stained 2 doors. They look great both ways! Easy to install

These doors are light and just perfect for my project. They came in fast and the height we needed was very hard to find off the shelves so these are perfect for my Murphy bed closet.

A little disappointed that the doors weren't the size as advertised. I ordered 2 and even between the 2, they were different sizes. I will have to modify them to fit my needs

Door panels took paint very well with very little sanding. Our trouble was with the height adjustment hardware. It wouldn’t hold the adjustment. Weight of the door stripped the threads. Wayfair sent replacement parts and were real nice about it. But I wouldn’t order the doors again. Very poor quality hardware.

Bi-Fold Doors

I recently purchased six (6) Traditional 24" x 96" Clear 6-Panel Doors from Lowe's. These were special order. Total for the order: $1,790.22. The first problem that I ran across was that the hardware provided did not match the hardware listing as shown on the installation directions. The most critical problem that I ran into was that the holes for the track guide pins were not square with the door frame. They were not ever close. Please see attached photos. This was true for all six door assemblies. In order to make this right, I glued harden wooden dowel rods into each hole and then redrilled. This represented a total of eighteen (18) repairs. Three (3) per unit. Having the plastic guide pins and adjustable pivot pin positioned square to the door is critical for smooth door operation. I'm not sure of what the average home owner would have done in this situation. Other than that, the quality of the doors was good. Nice fit and finish. If the drilling of the guide holes was corrected at the factory, these doors would be suitable.

I love these doors, but getting them to look like this wasnt easy. I had to add a piece of wood to the inside of each door. If you go the barn door route, make sure the door is bigger than the closet opening. I also sanded them with 180 and 120 grit before staining.

Spent time staining and clear coating, then mounted and remounted. Would never stay in place, fell apart. Alot of time and money wasted.
