Very Sturdy And Comfortable Design

I frequently have to grind my old cat's food so she doesn't choke. This works better than any food chopper, and won't wear out. The pestle is comfortable to hold as well.

Heavy so it doesn't move easily as you grind. The grinding surface is slightly rough, which holds onto the stuff you're grinding instead of just sliding.

The item I received was not at all like the photo when I ordered online, nor does is match the photo on the box. It is quite a different shape and an entirely different color. It still serves its purpose but I was going for the esthetic as well, which is why I'm disappointed.

Great classic mortar and pestle. The material it's made of is fantastic GRANITE not something you would expect for the low price. Needless to say it works great!

Guacamole Bowl

Perfect guacamole bowl. Was going to buy one made from volcanic rock but it is so porous. This is granite. Very smooth but very heavy.

Small, but gets the job done

I ordered several molcajetes to use for my son's graduation party. The prices were cheap in comparison to the ones that are made of lava rock. The molcajetes arrived promptly. I already had a few of my own and if I had to compare, I did prefer using my old ones. Nothing majorly wrong with them, other than smaller than what I calculated. I ended up not using them because of the size and will be returning them. If you're looking for something that's cheap and will get the job done, I'd recommend this molcajetes. If you are looking for something bigger and authentic, look elsewhere and spend the extra money.

Excellent quality

I'm very surprised how heavy and perfectly textured it is for emulsifying cloves this is! The best I've personally owned. Such an affordable price. I really didn't expect such quality. Very pleased.
