The faucet is really sturdy and well made. It arrived in a very timely manner and securely packed. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size for my tub, and had to return the item. The staff was very patient, polite and helpful when I called about returns. I was e-mailed instructions and a Fed-Ex label for the return. I was very impressed by the company and would not hesitate to order from it again.

I've been searching for this for awhile now. The builders put a spout with a diverter for my separate tub, which bothered me a lot. Finally found this, and even with the shipping, was significantly priced lower than anywhere else. Thanks!
