Its a good quality but just takes a little longer to flattened it because of the way it was packaged.

These are made well, follow instructions it lies flat as a pancake! Protects my wood floor perfectly!

I think this is a great chair mat. I got it to put down on newly laid flooring in 2 home offices. It lies flat, is easy to roll large office chairs on, thin and clear so it looks like it isn't even there! The beveled edge is perfect, no stubbing my toe or catching when cleaning the floor. It cleans well with a dust mop or damp mop. I'm really glad I made this purchase!
