Great results, but require drywall/plaster skill.
I've use this product twice. Newest edition was a great improvement because of the trivial cardboard trim ring "plug" Installed in the opening allowed the joint compound to be applied quickly without gooping up the housing. The rings are a bit of work versus the standard spring loaded trims, but the clean result is well work the effort.
