I don't know how long the finish will hold up, but it is a very, very solid piece of trim and it's a very nice change from the oh-so-tired brush nickel. Even my plumber commented how much he liked it.

This is the second one we ordered for another shower renovation. Professional installer had no problems. Good quality. Saved some money ordering from Wayfair

The diverted inside this mechanism was broken and our plumber had to go get a new one for $150. Very sad for what was supposed to be a quality product.

[Rewarded Review] Functionality is great but the finish shows water spots

Everything functions well, but the water spots sadly make the finish look cheap and dirty. We're still building out the bathroom, but this is what mine looks like installed after running the shower just to test the plumbing. I tried to add a picture but I kept getting an error.

Nice quality materials, goes together easily, but requires separate valve component, which should be part of assembly, not separate. Also 3 setting description is misleading. It only has 2 functions, not 3. Need to purchase 6 way diverter to obtain 3 shower component functions.

Beware!!!! They refer to this as a 3-setting diverter, however one of the three outlets is totally non-functional without purchasing an optional insert......you will only get output from two of the three outputs separately and the third setting only splits the pressure between the two....I'm not sure why a consumer would want that over being able to use all three outputs, but it allows Delta to force the consumer to spend and additional $65-$75 to get what they really want. Should be called a 2-setting diverter with the insert that is delivered with it.

reliable system for reasonable price

We were looking for a system that will upgrade the regular one head shower in our vacation properties. this seamed like the most reliable system, good in esthetics and durable all in good price point. it's been 6 month since installed. all in heavy traffic showers with different people that rent familiar with operation. it works well.
