2 years post-purchase we like the sleek design but functionality isn’t amazing. The pull-out sprayer became very hard to put back in after about 6 months, and the unit must be tightened regularly because it unscrews itself causing slow leaks- enter waking up in the morning to a leak across the counter. If you’re handy, you can probably deal with these issues but it’s a bit high-maintenance.

Great looking and functional faucet

Excellent faucet and looks great. It works well in situations where you don't have the space to put in a faucet with a lever at the base. Definitely recommend.

Very Sad about Leaky Faucet

I LOVED this faucet when we installed it in out new house. It looks very modern & matches the style of my kitchen so well. But, within 3 years, it has started to leak very badly! My husband has tried to tighten & it stop the leaking but it has not worked. I'm very disappointed to spend so much on a kitchen faucet & it doesn't last. Plus, there's no way to try to fix it. Frustrating for sure!

The Delta Trinsic faucet “fits” my 1950 era house. A licensed plumber installed it 2 weeks ago so I cannot comment on leaks or durability. He asked me to return the Moen faucet and purchase a Delta. It shows fingerprints & watermarks and part of it is plastic (I think). It was overpriced, but it is the best option for my kitchen and a smaller sink. So far, I’m satisfied.

This faucet works fantastic. A little pricey and well worth it comparing to a $200-250 unit. I like and prefer a low profile spout. Why do people like the (literally) giant commercial looking faucets better than a high quality low profile spout? This unit outperforms them all (unless you like to show off you are a professional dishwasher with your "Christmas tree" faucet).

Poor Qualty- leaks

This is our second purchase of this faucet, both have developed leaks around the top of the faucet. The first one leaked within days of being installed. Since the solution from Delta was to ship a new part, we uninstalled the first one and took it back to the store where it was replaced. Now, 1 year later, the second one is leaking in the same spot. Solution from Delta, they will send a replacment cartridge in 7-10 days. I requested for it to the expedited due to the large amount of water in my kitchen and was told NO. Do not waster your time or money.

I love our new faucet. It looks sleek, modern and it is durable and easy to use. The pull out is not stiff or problematic for us as some previous reviewers noted. The only thing to mention is that my husband had to fix the installation. There isn't a guide as to where "center" is for the faucet. A little arrow or something on the back would be very helpful for installation. There is no logo or any center point of reference. The installation instructions were not good at all. Mfg could definitely improve on that detail. Otherwise, it's perfect and I highly recommend.

Great faucet!!

I love the clean, uncomplicated lines of the faucet. It seems well designed and well made. It was easy for the plumbers to install and I overheard one telling the other "I really like this faucet". I've seen comments from others about the pull-out spout being plastic instead of metal. When I spoke to the plumber about this, he said many companies are doing that to avoid problems with corrosion. I was impressed with the volume of water; there's plenty of water pressure on both the shower and full settings. I love it!!

Not Recommended

Do NOT purchase this faucet or any other Pfister product. We originally purchased the Pfister Marielle 1-Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet in 2018 and soon started having issues with the handle dropping on its own and shutting off the water flow while in use. I contacted Pfister customer support and was told that they would send me would send a replacement cartridge that would resolve the issue. Within 6 weeks of installing replacement cartridge, we started to have the same exact “handle drop” problem. Long story short, over the past 2 years I have installed 4 different cartridges and 2 entire new faucets - all of which failed to resolve the problem. I also conducted a Google search and found that this is a well-documented and much complained about issue with the Pfister Marielle faucet.

We absolutely loved the Marielle; it had all the features we desired for our kitchen! We loved the color, and how it matched perfectly with our counter top, and other kitchen highlights. We loved the size, design and especially the pull out feature which is getting more difficult to find. Sadly, the faucet would not fit with the underside of our sink :( We did call Pfister Customer Service, and they did their best in assisting us, but nothing could be done to accommodate a fit. I even went to Home Depot twice hunting a differently shaped nut and washer without success. I was anxious to use the new faucet, but it was not to be. For that reason, I gave it four stars, being unable to rate the actual use of the faucet. Home Depot is always the BEST in accommodating the customer. I had to return the Marielle and purchase another Moen which fit the underside of the sink--the same brand I had before.

Bought this as a replacement. Took a little time to figure out how to get the pull-out hose and both copper supply lines to fit in the sleeve that anchors the faucet to the underside of the sink. The instructions are vague on this trick (as in silent) but once I figured it out, it installed easily. The metal accordion type pull-out works very smoothly, faucet operates very well. Very happy and it looks great!

We loved the looks of this kitchen faucet and bought it to use with our new stainless steel sink. Not long after installation (6 months or so) it started to leak at the point where the sprayer attaches. Drip, drip, drip...all the time. After FINALLY getting in touch with Delta, they sent a replacement sprayer and it turned out to be a totally different style. After sending them a photo with the item numbers, we received a new sprayer, the right one. Still, drip, drip, drip. And now it has managed to spring a new leak in the stalk of the faucet. . . . . We paid a good price for this faucet...we loved the looks of it...we are sorely disappointed in the quality.

leaky faucet and Delta will not honor the damages

Our hose and wand became disconnected, as the coupling is some cheap plastic product that shrinks and swells with either cold or hot water running through it. It was hard to replace the wand from the get-go, but not impossible, so we did not formally complain; we just worked with it by running hot water through it before putting it back in the spout.

Just installed this by myself two days ago, and I love it! It was very easy to install, and thus far is working wonderfully. My plumber (professional) friend says there is no need to use plumber's putty with the foam gasket. In fact plumber's putty will discolor any granite counter tops. I added more weight to the spray nozzle's water tube after reading other reviews complaining about having to feed the spray nozzle's tube back into the fixture, and I'm happy with the "pull" back into the fixture. A+ so far.

The faucet has only been installed for one week but, so far, we're really thrilled with it. Water flow in both the spray and full flow positions are great. We installed our faucet about 2-feet away from where our coffee maker sits and we have no problem filling the water reservoir with the extendable faucet head. The faucet head does not retrack back into place on it's own accord but it does slide back into place effortlessly. Now, if the faucet is able to stand the test of time, this will be the best purchase we have made in a long long time.

The fitting on the base of the pull out, the part you hold... was loose and when i turned on the water, and turned the handle its spewed water all under my cabinet, and acually caused a little damage on my ikea wood, but nothing structural and its in the back of my cabinet where its not seen. I should have checked all the fittings, my fault. Great faucet otherwise

Bought this faucet in September 2015. It's now January 2017. The faucet has come loose four times. It happens like clockwork about every three months. We have to remove everything from under the sink and squirm our way behind the pipes and disposal to get up under the counter to retighten the washers. It's really annoying. My husband and I are very careful when rotating the base - we use two hands, one to support the base while rotating the shaft with the other hand, and the washers STILL come loose over time. I've contacted HD about the issue and hope they or Delta can resolve it because I otherwise like this faucet. The handle, detachable component and two sprayer buttons work fine, and it's nice looking and easy to clean. But I would currently say it's not worth the price because of the reoccurring issue with the washers.

This is the second house I have put this faucet in. It is beautiful! Easy to install although I will give Delta a ding for not making the connecting hoses long enough to reach a plumbing connection out of the floor- had to buy extension parts- an extra $9.00 at Lowe's- only missed by 2 inches but it could have been a better design. I like this faucet because the water flow is directed down into the sink- not angled out which then causes back splash. It is tall enough for any sink function but low enough that the profile isn't overwhelming. Having the flow/temperature control on the top is genius- it doesn't hit the wall, very clean and easy to adjust. I do believe this is a case for "you get what you pay for" -good quality. Nice design, size and overall function- very happy!
