The instruction manual is by far THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!

This was a test order to see quality and ease of installation. It passed so I’m redoing all my closets with the line.

The closet units were great but the 2nd unit was missing parts that I had to go purchase separately.

Assembly instructions are very deficient at best, drawers materials are of poor quality and design.

I ordered with with another larger unit and it is a very good quality setup. I did have some issues with damage which was minir but the stow company sent new items out immediately and I received them in 2 days, awesome service. I would recommend

Easy to assemble and install. One drawer assembly was broken during transit and had to be replaced. I called the customer service at Evolutions and had my replacement in there days. Awesome customer service! Thanks

Absolute garbage.

Cheap materials. Terrible instructions and chipped or broken pieces. A disaster of a closet storage system.

Missing Items/Broken

For this price I expected better. There are broken pieces, missing pre-drilled holes in the drawers and it only came with hardware for one of the three drawers. There were empty bags in the package that I assume the rest of the hardware should have been in. Really disappointing

Low quality.

Low quality. Missing parts and the instructions were about half useful. If you don’t have proficient skills at building, these are not for you. Will need replacing as the cheap particleboard disintegrates.
