We just had the unit installed. I do like the hanging rods, units were easy to install and had a detailed and clear instruction booklet. Delivery was timely and both the units were well packaged and no damages and no missing parts. Looks decent upon install which my handyman helped with. Time will tell how the whole unit holds up on the wall. It lost one star because the drawers are not soft close and really old style in their gliding mechanism. A small change might make a big difference to consumers these days when we all are used to most drawers of other products in the market having a soft close system.Good luck and thanks.

This closet system really have some mixed reviews. I was on the fence for big time, but with little to no other options for the size and shape of our closet we gave it a shot. Price vs quality was very good, this product has value no doubt compared to other things we have assembled. It was shipped in about 9 different packages. All were very nicely packaged with no bad corners. We did have 2 broken parts, the long pieces. Both were cracked. Sent an e-mail and included some pictures, new pieces were sent immediately and this time it came packaged VERY GOOD. I was impressed with the packaging the second time, I feel its a common broken component. I read the instructions front to back and next day tackled it with the wife helping. 4 hours and we had it done. No special tools, simple math on the measuring to ensure it turned out right. We had no issues and were impressed how easy it went together. Instructions are not crystal clear as many mention. However, its not bad to fill in the gaps and assume as couple things and it makes perfect sense. Manly the drawer assembly is lacking, but they assemble NICE. Requires a little drilling and screwing on the slides, but has a good pattern and as long as you pay attention, its smooth. I would recommend this to anyone who can use their hands.

Very easy to put up and love the look of the panels and drawers. Customer service was excellent when I called to get replacement shelves that were received in white instead of the grey. Received replacements in a couple of days.

My contractor convinced me to get some closet organizers last minute to finish the project. These are great quality. I can't speak to the installation because my contractor did it, but my closet looks fantastic. My only comment is the corner section is huge.. My contractor didn't feel comfortable making the corner smaller like they said it can be. I'm thinking if he didn't feel comfortable doing it, no one should try that on their own. Other than that.. it is great!!! Oh yes, be warned.. I got two other pieces... it all came in 15 boxes..

Looks great, but difficult to assemble

The Closet Evolution system looks great and lands at a terrific price point, but it isn't intended for the casual homeowner. I've installed dozens of different closet systems and had no trouble understanding the instructions, but several pieces were incorrectly fabricated--misplaced pilot holes, wrong length, etc. The issues were easy enough to resolve with the right tools and experience, but novices should select a different system.

This company will ship you a box full of missing and broken parts. And then when you call in to get assistance, no one will pick up the phone. And then when you email them, they will just talk in circles until you ultimately have to just buy another one and return it with the missing or broken parts. Not worth the headache

Quick assembly

Arrived in a timely manner, packaged really well, in multiple boxes, assembled by myself in about 5 hours with some modification necessary because the walls were shorter than shelves, instructions could use improvement.

Poor quality

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The instructions are terrible, not a single piece in the 9 boxes it came in were labeled so it turned into a giant jigsaw puzzle causing us to make many mistakes. Two of the drawers arrived damaged and one did not include the needed hardware.

Overall it’s a nice closet system; however, many pieces came chipped or beat up. I would recommend better shipping protection.

Disaster in 9 boxes.

Thats right 9 boxes. This product does not fit closets smaller than the stated sizes without EXTENSIVE modifications with qualty tools. Instructions are vague and without measurements for this product when exact measurements are needed for a quality install. Product is "manufactured lumber" and the entire structure hangs on the wall based on a 1" slit in that lumber.

I had this installed by professional contractors. Upon opening, a drawer was broken and a small gouge was located toward the back of the unit. The contractor had to make two trips to Home Depot. One was for missing parts. The other was for extra bracing. This unit does not sit on the floor. It is particle board and the way it hooks on along with the weight of the clothing would not hold up long term. It certainly was not worth the cost. We added extra bracing for additional wall support which was a third trip to HOME DEPOT.

Missing too many parts

I have been waiting for this order then when I got it I was missing main components. Now I am still waiting after contacting them 5 days ago. Wish o went with a company who does it all. 13 boxes and still can’t put anything together. Promised I would have them by now and still waiting. Very frustrating.

Missing pieces and broken drawers. Had to return and go with a different brand.

Many pieces arrived cracked. I'm not sure that the design will support all the weight, as it just free-hangs on a metal support bar. This is my second purchase of this unit, as my first one fell of the wall and was destroyed, but I needed to match with the other organizer in my husbands closet. I will say, that when you contact the company for the damaged pieces, they are very good about replacing them.

Good fit for tight spaces, bad product support.

For the cost, it is somewhat cheaply made. Works great for adjustable spaces. I had to trim some pieces to fit.
