The Perfect Fit

I bought and installed this in our bathroom a few weeks ago, what a difference it made in not only the quality of light but also the sleek design contributes to the overall aesthetic of our bathroom. And the fixture cover is real glass not plastic. Quality thru and thru.

Beautiful fixture with some big flaws

I purchased 4 of the 32" fixtures to replace smaller fixtures in 2 bathrooms. The good: They look great, nice light output color too. The bad: If dimmed (even with a good ELV dimmer as required), they flicker at lower levels, which I've found with 2 other Sonneman fixtures we have too. As expensive as they are, Sonneman seems to cheap out on the actual electronics. As some other reviewers mentioned, they're also not that bright even fully un-dimmed, so works best as an "additional" light source. The ugly: They have a transformer on the back of the mounting plate which is too large to fit in many electrical boxes. That meant cutting drywall, finding larger boxes, spackling/painting, and overall a huge hassle. Bottom line: If you're not planning on dimming, and are doing new construction and can plan accordingly for the odd box requirements, I think they can still be a nice choice.

Good quality light

Very pretty and good quality. I'm really pleased with this light. I remodeled and went very modern. The light is soft and it combines well with good quality recessed lights. I have no issues with flickering when it's dimmed like other people state in their reviews. You can't go wrong with this light for the price.

Sleek modern light!

I purchased the 40" Tubo LED bath bar with the flat trim. It's a beautiful minimal design, well executed. The light quality is excellent--we mounted it horizontally over the mirror, and it's the only fixture in our lavatory area. The amount of light it provides is perfect. As an added and unexpected benefit, it creates an interesting concentric circle light pattern on the side walls.

Nice sleek design.

We originally purchased 2 of these. They look great and added a sleek modern look we were after for our bathroom. After 5 years had some issues with the led strips inside the lights. Ylighting promptly sent us replacements. What great customer service! We would buy again without hesitation.

Elegant and Smart Looks

My new vanity light fits right in with my modern-minimalistic bathroom reno. It is a very very bright light - and did have to install a dimmer to tame it down. One issue did arise with the dimmer - the light started flickering, so will need to explore dimmable options for this fixture - it appears.

very nice design. I had hoped to have this light my small bathroom. Upon opening the box, I knew it would be too small, as my electrical box is close to the ceiling. I'll have to find something with more top-to-bottom girth. This is so modern and sleek it needs to be utilized at appropriate times. ill get another one down the road for the "right" spot

I purchased the satin finish light with a satin finish mirror. The light looks great but the mirror delivered had a chrome finish so it didn't match. Unfortunately I found out the mirror, Gatco 4389s Bleu rectangular beveled tilting mirror, was purchase through 'Build Marketplace' under the overstock brand and they aren't held to the same standards as overstock. It's been 2 weeks waiting for Build Marketplace to follow up with my request to return the mirror. Be careful about your purchase through overstock as it appears they are allow other vendors to sell under their brand with zero accountability. +++ We apologize your order arrived incorrectly.
