I was nervous about ordering the "open box" option but it turned out better than expected. There was minor wear and tear on the legs and a broke off piece on one of the leg bottoms but a furniture oen helped cover it. The one complaint I have is the hardware was loose in the box and we had to shake the box to get all the washers and screws out.
