I ordered the 8 inch mattress and when the mattress filled out to its maximum size it is only 6 inches. I emailed the company and they wanted me to wrap up the mattress and ship it back then they will send me another one. First, its a mattress! I can not fold this and wrap this to ship and my son would not have a bed to sleep on while waiting for another mattress. They mentioned compensation and I asked how much and have not heard from them since. It has been a week since we've had any conversation. Highly disappointed in this customer service!

i purchased a twin mattress, when i opened it up i realized it was much bigger than a twin. i contacted this company, and they expect me to roll it back up and send it back. I have a back injury, i explained i cannot get it back in a box. ups will not pick it up otherwise. but mind you, this is not my mistake. but im the one being punished for it. and my daughter too because she is without the mattress i was supposed to recieve. Terrible customer service. and i will be contacting walmart and my credit card.

The mattress dimensions are not exact the way it says in product description in order. The length is not 75”. It’s 70”.

Memory Foam Mattress 8 inch twin

Very comfortable, and it covers my entire body, and help ease my back pain, very soft. Listen , this mattress reached its compact of 8 inches and is extremely nice. the memory foam is superior. I had second thoughts after the reviews, but I couldn't pass up n a deal. it paid off. It's extremely soft to the touch of your body and the softness covers your body. I don't know about anyone else, but this bed is great! Will be buying my grand daughter one for Christmas because I can't keep her off of it .
