Oh yes, I cancelled this item immediately and still have not received refund 2 weeks later.

I never received the product my mattress cover. It said they dropped it off but I’ve never seen it. I was charged for it, but I haven’t seen it. What do I do next? How can I get another one this time delivered to my door?

Served needed purpose for wetness protection for a aging parent

Misleading description

It’s just a freaking plastic fitted sheet….PLASTIC! Sheets used on top of this will not stay in position. If one doesn’t have pets that chew plastic it probably would work great in case of accidents but otherwise I feel mislead.

it keeps sliding off the mattress. I'm going to have to buy those sheet clamps for it.

This is just a big piece of fitted white plastic that I thought had a quilted cover on the top. It does not! I don't know how anyone could sleep on this since it would crinkle every time you moved. This picture showed quilting on the top. Very disappointed. I guess I can use it as a tarp to cover things outside for winter.

I returned this. It feels like absolute plastic I would not recommend it.

Pricing is appropriate. I’d like to see this on sale. Many of us are on a fixed income.

It works, but it has very cheap quality. the second time I wanted to tuck it under bed, I accidentally pirced the fabric tore like plastic bags from wallmart! It is extremely thin. Also, the plastic smell was way too strong for a product in bed!

Liquid, stain, and pet resistant, but a bit snug.

Works well for keeping the mattress dry. Pet accidents don't go through it. After wiping the mess up and a wipe down with a spritz of bleach cleaner spray it's good as new! It is a bit snug so if you're a heavier person and you roll around in your sleep then I would suggest getting some mattress clips to hold the corners on or just getting a size bigger if possible and tucking the edges in. Really easy to just pop back on after a corner's come undone though!
