The bed came in two separate packages. The company explained that it saves on shipping cost. My shipping was free, so that was fine with me. The adjustable base came first and then the mattress came the next day. The base is pretty heavy so it would be good to have two people to open it and set it up. The base once opened, looked pretty intimidating. However, it was very simple to set up. There are lots of cords but everything is already attached and nothing is hanging down to get in the way. After screwing on the legs you attach the power cord and flip the base over and move the bed into position. I put the rail on to keep the mattress from sliding off the base and put the mattress on and that was all. It also has a light underneath the bed as well as vibration/massage and some preset positions like TV or Lounge mode. You can also set your own favorite positions. The bed was for my daughter who is disabled. She absolutely loves it. She experiences a lot of pain due to her disability. This bed has really helped her to be able to go to sleep and rest better than she has in a very long time.

Delivery was fine, set up was super fine however the bed is really uncomfortable to sleep on.

Rest Easy

The bed is super comfortable and all the added components makes it better in having a wonderful nights rest. Great design and easy to put together. Only complaint is the shipping time to receive all for boxes to completely put the bed together. Advising the customer that it would come in multiple shipments would save them some headache. Overall great bed and great communication from the Walmart customer service team.

i shopped for weeks and finally found this bed and mattress. ordered it...tracked it finally came without the mattress. now i have to call all over to get this corrected. bull crap

Cut wire for USB port

One wire for the USB port was cut into and hid behind a clamp under the bed. At first I thought it was missing a connector but after tracing the wire down I found it was cut into and hid. The manufacturer was not helpful at all.

I Love this mattress! First night and every night since we have both slept thru the night! No tossing and turning, getting up tired, and generally grouchy from lack of sleep! I wouldnt trade back for any amount of money!
