The strap on the corner of this topper ripped the first time I tried to put it on the mattress. The topper comes with a 3-year limited warranty card and when I tried to email the address listed it bounced back. We then looked up the company online and every email address listed bounces back, so now I have no way to get in touch to warranty this product.

Big disappointment

I bought this when I took a new apartment. It was nice to sleep on... for a couple of weeks. All of the filling moved out of the area I was sleeping on. It went totally flat in that spot. I tried fluffing and shaking it to no avail. All I can do is flip it around. It's almost worn out inside but the cover looks fresh and new. I have to replace it. It's a complete waste of money.
