All good until it wasn’t. The “ultra thin” edge gave way this morning. We have 50-55 psi in house. Pics tell all. Will contact Wayfair on next steps and keep you posted. Perhaps avoid this product? Failure at 22 months.

A true pick of junk! After a few months it started spraying out one of the corners (which I sealed with some E6000) then after about two years of use it below open a 1/4" gap in the side (see picture). No rainfall now, just a gusher out the side. I called Wayfair and invited them to make it right thinking I had spent $170. and someone would stand behind it. Wrong, neither the manufacturer or Wayfair would do anything. The irony is that we have a major home addition going on now and I would have probably source some things from Wayfair had they treated me right.

Love it. Nice even rain. Big enough where your entire body gets soaked at once.

So far so good. It’s big and that’s what I wanted. But I didn’t want to spend a ton of money because these can be really expensive. If it fails or something happens I might look to just drop the money on the name brand but for now it’s good

Product looked great but was too heavy for my application. The weight was not listed on the Lowes website

Product was exactly as described. It also works extremely well. Only issue is it does spot with water and fingerprints. Most stainless steel does this. Product would be purchased again

Have had it installed for 3 years now and have used it perhaps 15 times - we have other shower heads in our shower. The metal split as if it had frozen and burst - which it did not because it is inside our well insulated house. The long term viability of this shower head is poor. I do not recommend this product

We needed a rainfalls shower head that can be installed on the ceiling. This beautiful and much bigger than expected and makes the bathroom feel luxurious

Don’t work , very low pressure, half of the head has water spraying out. I have more than enough pressure of the water, all the plumbing is new and I spent so much money having my plumber make it work, and it doesn’t. Waste of my money and time, now they are just attached to the ceiling, looking cool, 0 function. Very dissapointing.
