Water shoots out through the side
I’ve had the same issue as these 2 other customers. Water shoots out through the side out of no where. No warning or anything. I’ve gone through 3 of these until I finally gave up. Very nice design but man is the quality bad. It’s almost like it’s not properly sealed on the sides. That’s where the water has come out all 3 occasions. This last time the thing practically opened on one of the corners. I’ve installed a small 4 inch body shower jet as my head till I find something more reliable.
Have not installed it yet but looks beautiful.

This is an “extra showerhead.” We have body spray and a regular head in the same shower with this one, so it never gets used. We turned it on tonight for about the fifth time since it was installed two years ago and the water shot out the side. What a waste of money! Now I am sure it is too late to return!
Excellent quality! Really enjoying our new 16" rainshower - it's like being under tropical rain or the waterfall :) This was a nice upgrade from a 9" for us. HIGHLY recommend this product!

Largest rainhead I was able to find. It puts out a ton of water and feels like you are standing under a waterfall. I highly recommend this rainhead

This gets installed this week and I couldn't be more excited! I am adding this as a second shower head, so I also had to order a diverter. If you are adding it, you need to think about ordering a diverter or a second handle to control it.

Exactly as described. Not sure why this large rain shower is not available locally, but glad to find it on Overstock. I like that it hangs lower than the flush mounted because the ceiling is so high where I am using.

This shower head is very heavy. The instructions on installation seem to be confusing. You turn one way to install and the other way to install. What holds it? Have not installed yet and wondering we might send back because of these problems.
